I've had no issues with this machine and have made flawless drinks since purchasing. there is a slight learning curve to figuring out grind consistency and how hard to push every time when tampering. I did have a little issue with the initial purging of the machine so just follow the instructions carefully but it works fantastic! highly recommended!

The idea of having an almost commercialized espresso machine is great. Especially if you don’t want to research and then buy each individual parts itself. However it is not the best of all time. It does what it needs to do and nothing more.
