If you love coffe this is a must have its ez to use

I looked at several machines and read countless reviews before deciding on this. This pulls consistent shots and the steaming wand works great. Cleaning and maintenance is easy.

Sometimes evapoarte will not function properly, it took several turning the knob

The product itself is fine but there are some missing parts, specifically the cleaning accessories are missing even though the manual and the box show these are included. I called Breville customer service, the rep is extremely rude and telling me I can only get two of the size missing parts. I told I need to speak to her supervisor and I have not received a call back. The Breville rep is obviously in India and has heavy accent and bad phone connection. First she told me my box doesn’t include the cleaning accessories because I bought a displayed item from Bestbuy. When I told her my item was actually shipped from bestbuy’s warehouse not displayed item, she replied “if you say so.” The Breville rep is incompetent and extremely rude. Why can’t an American company actually hire someone in America and can speak English? She didn’t even know where Colorado is, and told me my mailing address is not in her system.

This is a great espresso maker with a lot of features. You can fine tune the grind and amount dispensed. The steam wand has very good power and temp making great foam a breeze.

My first Breville espresso machine lasted more than 15 years. This ine is an upgrade with the built in grinder. It takes a few tries to get the right grind and pressure, but it is well worth the price! Hopefully this machine lasts just as long.

I had the automatic Krups Expresso maker for years. The difference in the taste is amazing. The extra effort is totally worth it.

Took us few days to how to get to most of it, now that we know how to use it we love it!

It was a little bit difficult in the beginning to discover all the different things. Overall it’s a good coffee maker.

Works well but very easily gets surface rust. The stainless is not very high quality.

It’s a very decent espresso machine. I have a problem with the size of the trace, coffee gets everywhere after grinding. It is just very expensive espresso machine- which I hope is good quality.

Bought this to replace our Nespresso and this was a huge upgrade. Coffee taste better with fresh ground beans.

Nice unit. I had just returned home from a weeks visit with my Uncle Dave-he didn't have Folgers. When I got home, made my first pot of "Coffee (Folgers)" I went online and purchased this one. Great features and great tasting espresso.
