Great Machine after some practice

This was 100% user error and not the machine.. Turns out tamp pressure is the most volatile element for this machine, everything else is automatic. I went ahead and bought a 30lb pressure, IKAPE 53mm Espresso Tamper and every pour has been perfect since then!

Works like a charm

I wanted a machine where I could buy my own coffee instead of having to buy pre-filled cups of ground coffee. The machine takes a little getting used to but after a few days you get the hang of it. My wife loves her morning coffee now & the steamed milk is great with hot chocolate too. Only had it for about a month but so far it's a winner!
