    This product is fantastic. However, no long after I purchased it from BestBuy, it went on sale, also through BestBuy, for substantially less. They refused to price match as I didn't notify them until only a few days after the return period had ended. I have 2 chat agents, and 2 customer care agents a chance to help and none would. As a customer for nearly 30-years that has never asked for a price match, or even a refund or exchange, I would have hoped for a small exception to be made. Instead you have lost a customer. I will never shop here again.

    This machine looks amazing and works great. There is a slight learning curve but once you find your perfect ratios, it'll pay for itself in the first month or two.

    I have not been able to try this yet, however, it was shipped to us with a broken hopper. We contacted Breville and they shipped us a new hopper with no questions asked. I may update post once we try our first coffee.

    This machine makes great espresso but takes about 20 minutes by the time you grind make the coffee and clean up.Not good if your in a rush in the morning
