    This machine is entry level coffee enthusiasts. If you're looking for coffee shop tasting coffee, you need to keep looking.

    Is very slow espresso machine it takes around 5 minutes to make one coffee

    Unfortunately, the brand new grinder worked once before breaking. Returned and will look at better options.

    Been trying to make a good espresso. Dont work. Been a barista for a long time and this machine sucks. Looks fancy but burns the coffe

    Grinder Keeps Jamming

    Grinder keeps jamming. In spite of the direction(s) provided in the user guide to clean the upper/lower burr. Don't buy full price like me. It's a junk for the high the price. Find sale.

    BE AWARE - No price match beyond 15 days

    I'm not happy that I see the price dropped $140 within a month after I bought this. And best buy says they cannot price match or do anything about it because it passes 15 days return period. So if you want to shop at Bestbuy, be ready to regret after 15 days.

    Nice looking machine but not very reliable. Works one time then not again. Pump seems weak. Will buy a Jura next time.

    Issues with gauge valve.

    The machine is noisy, and it's a miss sometimes, the coffee grinder stops in time, and sometimes it just keeps dispensing making a mess. The espresso gauge will not work until parts have to be removed and changed. It's just a bit complicated. I would not repurchase it.

    I can not say perfect but it is a good machine. Steaming takes 1min to work and not powerful enough. It’s been 2months since I purchased this Espresso machine and espresso not that hot and not brewing in right pressure every time. INTERESTING!! Keep wasting my expensive coffee beans.
