    The machine is nice and sleek great tank size and convenient. The issue is getting pressure to Optima pressure . I’ve called for support.

    We tried several varying grinds and never go the gauge to hit the correct pressure. After barely two months, with the pressure gauge fluctuating each time, the gauge stopped working altogether. Would not recommend this machine.

      Please run the following pressure test. Put the 1 cup dual wall filter into the portafilter. Next, put the cleaning disc into the filter. If your cleaning disc has a hole in the middle, please wrap it with a bit of plastic-wrap before putting it in the filter. Lock the portafilter into the group head. Press the 2 cup button. The gauge will eventually rise to the 9-bar (11:00) position or higher.

      If the gauge moves, the issue isn't the machine, but the shot prep. Whether the gauge moves or not, we'll be happy to help you.     Loved it at first but broke in 10 days.

    This machine is amazing when it works but after 10 days we couldnt get water to come out of the machine unless we pressed down and held the double shot button. Then water would come untill the button unpressed. We were very dissipointed to return this item because it made very good coffee.

    So disappointed in this Espresso Machine. 1 month after purchasing this machine the "clean" light came on. I have done all the cleaning that I could, but the light never goes out. I was hoping it would last longer than 1 month. Still cleaning it and after 9 months, the light is still on.

      If the light doesn't go out, it either means that the machine "thinks" the cycle was interrupted, or that the other cycle needs to be done.

    DECEPTIVE BEST BUY CREDIT CARD PRACTICES

    I thought I was getting a pretty good deal, but turns out bestbuy and citi bank are wildly deceptive in their credit card enrollment practices, and are attempting to bury me in debt and interest. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE BEST BUY CARD. Also, you can get this machine for $150 less literally anywhere else, and there's a known issue with the basket pressure because breville likes to cut corners.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Broke within the first year of use. The firt time it stopped working, we followed all instructions and nothing happened but when we left it on its own, it just started working again on its own. The third time it did it, it never worked again.

    Bought this becaue my friend love it. However, this machine requires a whole lot of guessing in order to get a good cup. Considering that different beans require different grind setting, getting a consistent good cup of joe on the go is diffcult. Ninja has one that takes all the guess work out of it. I returned this quickly.

    This is an awesome machine but unfortunately it starts to lose pressure And quality so I purchased the 2 year protection plan for $90 once you exchange it it's one and done. if you want another insurance plan for 2 years on the exchanged machine You must pay another $90. I'm into this machine for $780 now.

    Purchased the machine 3 weeks ago. The grind size is coarse even when you dial in all the way to fine. The espresso is more like coffee than espresso. I tried with three different coffee beans, still result is the same. I called in Best Buy and realized that the return policy is only 15 days. Very Frustrating. Had option for purchase from Amazon for the same price which had 1 month return policy.

    Stopped working a month into use, initially thought the grinder needed cleaning but it also stopped brewing in general. No water was being pushed through even though the tank was full.

    The Breville works great but I'm giving the review 1 star because Best Buy put it on sale right after I bought it and won't credit my Best Buy card for the difference in price. Great machine but buy it somewhere else.
