This is one of the consistently highly rated espresso machines. It takes a little experimenting to get the grind and dosing just right. Then a little more for different kinds of coffee beans. Overall, thought, I am delighted every morning when I push the On button and hear it start warming up. It is easy to use and comes with a very nice how to. I appreciate the notes in it for adjusting the grind and dosing. Comes with accessories and one set of cleaning. I would order more filters/cleaning/descaling supplies right away. Since I use it every day, the cleaning cycle snuck up on me.

I’ve used several high end machines which I appreciated because of their craftsmanship, but this machine is probably my favorite. I use it every day to make an iced latte - instead of waiting for a boiler to warm up I have coffee in under 3 minutes! Would strongly recommend to anyone as a daily driver. With the right grind and technique it produces excellent espresso.

Makes an awesome espresso! Still experimenting with grind and shot amounts but very happy with the machine so far.

A fantastic machine for those looking to start making their own amazing cups of coffee at home. It does take a while to get into the groove of making espresso as it has many variables that makes a good cup, as you have to find good quality beans, dial in the grinder, get the tamping process down, and finally learn about what pulling a good shot means. If you put in the effort to learn all this the coffee can be way better than Starbucks and dunkin. I 100% recommend looking at YouTube videos to fully grasp how to pull a good shot.

This coffee machine is the absolute best coffee pot that you could ever buy. It has so many features that take a while to understand how to do them all the once you get a grasp on how to operate it it’s fun to use and will of course we found the best deal on it at Best Buy. We always go to the Cottonwood branch here in Albuquerque. They have the best management staff and sales people.

This is a great espresso maker, easy to use, easy to clean. Beautifully designed. The steamer is fantastic for heating up about anything liquid as well.

Awesome one you get the hang of it very easy to use. I even use the hot water dispenser to make hot cocoa for my kids. Steamer is very easy to use as well.

You could practically open up a coffee shop with one of these. We grind espresso beans in the hopper, tamp and foam our coffees so this keeps it all in one. Plenty of optional parts are included to help you refine your Java needs.

I have stopped drinking coffee outside. Never thought we can make such a great tasting coffee at home. Again worth it. Just buy it.

Great espresso machine. It makes the most delicious coffee

If you want to feel like a barista, then this is your espresso machine. I grew up using the stovetop espresso maker which I still use from time to time, but this has been a hit for the entire family. Whether espresso or latte - this is your machine. You can use the grinder or pre-grounded coffee and the end results are the same. Ease of use will have you skipping the coffee line and making your own morning delectable espresso/latte foam included.

This is an investment but one that you won’t regret. We have had it for several months now and have had zero issues. It is easy to use and makes great espresso. I highly recommend it.

Purchased May 1 on sale $559 using 1 week now. Takes some time getting used to settings. Every morning I set the grinder for a double grind at the 3 o clock setting controlling the amount needed to grind for my taste. Tampering a little messy but no big deal after double espresso done I use the hot water dispenser to top off making an americano coffee. Great tasting espresso, latte, cappuccino. Grinder works to perfection your choice of grind, top of machine is also a cup warmer. Excellent machine you can't go wrong better than professional coffee shop taste and doesn't take up much counter space.
