Amazing starter espresso machine! Has everything you need to get started

So far great machine. Big investment but it saved money on every day starbucks or other coffee locations for the same if not better quality.

We pushed this machine when making more than 15 drinks (one after the other) and it never overheated through the process. The machine is as good as the coffee you use, so get a good roast and you won't be disappointed. Be sure to look at all competitors' prices to get the best deal. Remember that Best Buy does price match. Because of this, We got ours (during Black Friday) for $100 off, so keep a look out for all sales. Even online sales!

Delicious coffee. Great customer service. Easy to use.

I used to buy coffee every day, sometimes twice a day. Since I've bought this machine I haven't bought coffee since. It takes a few tries and the right beans for you, but well worth it in the end. Also, clean it regularly and treat it right. It'll last you years to come.

This machine takes a little getting used to - grind of beans, tamping and quality of espresso. Once you get the hang of it, it is wonderful. I confess, however, that I have never mastered steaming milk to a froth for a cappuccino. I use a separate frother for that.

There is a reason these machines are everywhere and it is because they are great. I can only say good things about this. Medium roast coffee works best here and my tip is to skip struggling with descaling, use it with distilled water and sprinkle a tiny bit of minerals on top of the tamped or the in the brewed coffee instead. In case you are crazy about the perfect tasting coffee that is already great anyway.

Great coffee machine. Huge learning curve after switching from a Keurig but nothing a few YouTube videos couldn't fix. Fairly simple to keep clean and easy to use once you know what you're doing.

Find your inner barista. Makes a nice consistent cup of espresso. Steam sometimes lets out too much water but that seems normal. Many grind setting to adjust based on your beans. Helpful YouTube videos to get you started if you’re new to the espresso game as I was.

Easy to use, if you read and follow the directions! A little noisy, as to be expected. Love it!

We couldn't be happier with this purchase. What an excellent machine to learn how to make espresso and drinks with! The grinder is great, but doesn't allow for much fine tuning, so we did buy an accompanying grinder for when we're feeling super picky or doing pour overs. Could be happier with this purchase and have been recommending it to everyone!

The machine is so awesome, but honestly it’s very very hard to get the right settings for the coffee to not come out bitter so it’s like a love and hate review like I think it would be awesome if I would get them Settings right for a good cup of coffee, but I’ve had it ready for two weeks and I still can’t get it so it’s a little frustrating. I’m hoping to get it soon. I’ve tried multiple different kinds of coffees beans

This coffee espresso machine is great. You’ll never have to goto those expensive coffee shops again. It will pay for itself in months. I suggest watching some YouTube videos on how to make your favorites. The machine does come with some good basic instructions to get you started.

What a great machine! we decided to upgrade from the "Bambino" to this one. Great decision! Everything is on this machine; grinder separate water and steamer. Easy cleaning and turns out a great drink.
