It takes time to get dialed in correctly, but when you do, the coffee is great! I used to go to Starbucks twice a day for 5 yrs and since I bought this I have only gone a handful of times.

Now that it is set it is pretty much automatic and makes a fantastic white mocha!

FYI, the plastic sleeve that comes with it screws on the top of the espresso grind holder to prevent excess grind power from falling over onto the tray. It's awesome.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to heat up and gives a good espresso shot. Was easy to learn and has made our mornings better
