No words can describe this incredible product. So easy to use, even for beginners. Exchanged the Keurig for this machine and they literally do not compare. This machine has exceeded my expectations!!

The only thing I would want different is the amount noise it makes when it’s turned on it might not seem loud but up in the early morning it really makes it and breaks that silence.. I also think for this particular model the heating tray so far has been useless for me.

Skeptical at first but it has been totally worth it. Best coffee in town by a mile and save a ton on chain coffee that is subpar

This machine is easy to learn and use. Become a barista in a few short days, depending how much you drink. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and elegant. I recommend buying locally freshly roasted beans to enhance your coffee pleasure

very good "little machine" which is the nickname my husband has given this espresso maker. he and i argue about it, i say it's not that little, he says 'you can't argue that it's not a machine though' so on and so forth.

I think this is a good starting machine. I've had no issues with my machine and it makes good espresso if you're willing to tune it to your beans.

Good product but took a little bit to learn how to use properly. This machine allows you to grind beans, make espresso and steam the milk all in one. Overall glad we got it and took the time to learn.

This coffee maker is not ordinary at all. I can make a cappuccino super easy. Getting the correct coarseness or fineness of the bean is a little tricky and requires trials before getting it right so that the brewing is perfect.

I was excited to get the coffee machine. Bought some cute accessories for it. However, the machine’s pressure gauge was not up to make espresso. I have tried several ways to solve it according to my research, it still didn’t work. I was disappointed to have to return it. I had been looking forward to it making a nice cup of coffee for me. It could be just this unit though.

My wife loves this thing. It allows for precision control of dosing so you can get the perfect shot. No bitterness from over extracted or lack of flavor from under extracted coffee.

The machine produces very good coffee. Much better than you get with similarly priced full automatic ones (e.g bruks). I like the fact you can fine tune to achieve perfect taste.

This is the 2nd BES870XL that I've purchased. I bought one for the my shop and was so satisfied that I bought one for the house as well. You would have to spend a lot more to get a separate burr grinder and espresso machine to beat this one.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my sister! They are in love with it! It’s simple and puts Starbucks to shame! The best thing about the product is the grinder on top. It’s convenient, cutting prep time in half.
