After reading many of the reviews on how easy this machine was to use I was all in. However, being that I was unfamiliar with the process, I had some issues getting the right poor st the right pressure. After researching and buying good coffee, the machine works great. Couldn't be more pleased. Best coffee I've ever had. Still working on the frothing but it's coming around.

I tried several espresso machines and couldn't find one that really extract the aroma of the coffee the way I wanted. This machine just does it. The coffe comes as good as in an Italian coffeeshop. It is such a pleasure.

Very easy to use, lets you pick your favourite beans, grind the way you like it, and measure how much coffee bean you're using. I've had this for 5 years, and very rarely go to coffee shops anymore. Highly recommended and built to last!

Great espresso taste, look, and easy to use. Parts are not available to repair an easy fix.
