Work at selling the coffee is great on the quality is good

A co-worker recommended this to me, and everything he said about it is true. Much better than Nespresso and will save me a lot of the money I had been spending at Starbucks.

Is an excellent coffe maker. Fresh drinks every single time. I've had it since 2019 and is working perfectly.

We love it the coffee taste way different than a regular coffee machine it is a little bit more work but it worth it i no longer spend a lot on buying outside or special filters

I have been researching the "best" home espresso/cappuccino machine for quite a while. When this went on sale, I couldn't resist. It is quite easy to use and clean daily. It does take a short time to get the grind that works best for "your" perfect cup of coffee. The frother/steamer works flawlessly, although I personally would've made the wand maybe 1 inch longer. With cleaning it takes me less than 5 minutes to get my morning cup of coffee, and it really is a well designed machine.

Frother is taking a long time but can make a descent coffee better than Starbucks.

I stepped up from my old Cusinart expresso machine & very satisfied with this new one!

As the title suggests, the machine is great but will take a lot of time and waste a lot of beans trying to dial in the machine to get the perfect cup. Otherwise, it comes very well packed and built very well.

Less complicated to operate than i expected. Comes with good instructions and only took a little adjustment to get the brew right.

Perfect for us- just wish the steamer had a timer. I will need a thermometer which some other machines have but this makes the best coffee!

Stylish design and makes great coffee, BUT you have to adjust the burr grinder before first use to get the best out of it. Out of the box the grinder is set too coarse and even the finest grind setting doesn't get right there. In order to get the grind fine enough the only option is to disassemble the grinder (same process as cleaning it) and then adjust the 'basket'. 5 stars ***** We cannot say enough good about this product. We have the smaller breville and it is very good, but this one is incredible. We would definately recommend this product.

Have never used an espresso maker until this purchase. Very user friendly and worth every penny on the product it produces.

Im on and off with this product. Its probably the best you can purchase in stores. Worked great and kept working but soon the temp just wasn't getting hot enough for the type of expresso I prefer. I would recommend and probably keep it price was a little lower.

This thing is awesome. Will make your Starbucks trips non-existent. Easy to use but takes a minute to get the grind right.
