Love It. It took a few days to find "my" preferred settings. Now my espresso is better than any I can buy in any cafe around here. The machine heats in seconds. You must follow the instructions precisely to get the best results...pre-infusing hot water through the portafilter and steam wand, etc. I use Intelligentsia Black Cat Classic Espresso...delicious.

Great product, very easy to set-up and use. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I am impressed with this product. I consistently makes a great cup of espresso drinks. It is not complicated to use and it looks beautiful on the counter :)

Might be taking it back. It is of high quality and I enjoy most of the features, however, for the price it really is hard to justify the purchase. The difficulty of learning how to use the machine really has been a major deterrence to us. We are tech savvy, and I’m able to pull a shot of espresso, but the machine doesn’t always make a good shot. We went through 3 bags of coffee beans, and still we are struggling to get a consistent shot. It is sour or bitter. When you decide to purchase a new bean you will have to waste coffee to redial the grind. Out of three bags of coffee beans I made 2 espresso’s I could tolerate and one was spot on to my local cafe. Makes me feel wasteful, and for that reason I don’t feel that the machine is for me.

It grinds the grounds nicely and will pay itself off quickly since I have not been to Starbucks since I purchased it. I am still working on perfecting my craft, but it is pretty delicious and I have been ordering special coffee from various places online to find the perfect blend.

I have been using this for a year and a half and this product does not disappoint. I started to net positive after 6 month given my coffee consumption. Need to set it up properly and take sometime to understand how to brew the best expresso.

Amazing machine, I will buy over and over again. I have told everyone I know to get it, just wait until black friday or cyber monday due to the cost. Overall great machine and worth the investment if you are a daily latte drinker.

Excellent for those who like to make coffee! I don't know it's the easiest to use but I'm not the part tine barista using it. He love it!

[Employee of bestbuy] It has a learning curve just so you are aware. It's not a Keurig where you just press a button. That said It is an amazing piece of equipment! Works great and now after using it many times, I can confidently make an amazing cup of espresso.

Don't buy this if you are not committed to learning how to work the machine and beans you purchase. Makes fantastic espresso and in my opinion, pretty easy to figure out once you dial in the settings.
