It is the best espresso machine for home. I enjoy every moment of it. Only flaw is steamer. I do wish it could be stronger so my espresso won't get cold. But overall, it is one fine machine. Great anniversary gift from my husband.

Bought for Christmas. My husband loves it and uses daily. There is a little bit of a learning curve but with YouTube you’ll have no problem

I had this same machine for 10 years. Uses it every day. It lasted me 10 years... Breville has an amazing customer service. It maskes awesome drinks, the milk frother is amazing. if it lasts 10 years again, I may buy a third one.

I wanted a particular coffee maker hard to find I though I wouldn't find it a best Buy but the appliance woman took me straight to it and recommended it. It was a little much but I bought it because the sales person said that the digital is coming out and will be more expensive so I bit the bullet and got it I was not disappointed

This was an excellent gift they completely loved it works awesome.

At first, I was like, "why spend all that money in a coffe machine?" Butttttttttttt trust me, this machine will change your mornings. And if you are like me, a man how loves more than 2 shots of coffe, you can press the botton of 2 shots like 2 or 3 times, and the coffe will still taste good! ... I really love the machine.

Love love love it! I have found this better than the Starbucks latte so my bank account is certainly happy.. There's newer models that probably do more but this classic one is an all time favorite

I went thru 3 other broken machines before purchasing this. This one works beautifully. I just love this. Easy to use. Functions actually work. Takes technique and practice to get the right espresso but that's to be expected. I love this.

Very good machine. It takes a few weeks to get used to and find the correct running for your espresso. Once you feel comfortable is no turning back to any other machine. Maintenance is basic and affordable. I had only one situation in which the steamer did work but is was solve after a clean up cycle.

When on sale, this espresso machine is a great deal. The grinder leaves quite a bit to be desired. It doesn't have the necessary steps to really dial in a shot. Depending on the roast, you may want to pull a longer or shorter shot to ease the sourness/bitterness. For making lattes, thats less of an issue because the milk masks all of the bad and tastes better than what you would get at a chain coffee shop. Overall great machine but if you really get into espresso, you'll probably be upgrading the grinder ASAP.

Purchased this machine for my wife and she and my daughter love it! With the right beans they spend every morning making their own drinks and enjoy the taste better than the local coffee shops. Highly recommend. -Matt

Wife uses this everyday and loves it. She watched a few YouTube videos to help her dial it in. The manual explains how everything works but watching those videos really helped her get the settings to her liking. Highly recommend.
