Hubby got this for Xmas and I absolutely love it!!! It’s pretty straight forward and easy to use not to many bells and whistles. My only regret is not upgrading to the dual pump.

Been waiting to purchase this for a while, finally it went on sale and i had to pull the trigger. Best purchase in a long time! I've actually have not gone to starbucks to get my coffee fix since purchasing this Espresso machine. I would say, this item is not plug and play in a sense where you can make great espresso or latte's with a push of a button. There is a learning curve required in making good espresso's. My advice is to go on youtube and look up how to make good espresso's with this unit. It's well worth the effort to learn how to use it properly.

My husband love Breville very much we don’t need to go to Starbucks anymore. He make me coffee love it.

It takes a little more time to learn but is worth the effort the espresso is restaurant quality.

Very easy to use and understand machine. Combined with a very good quality beans you’ll be enjoying best coffees ever… think about it… you be saving a lot on coffee shop visits. No, but seriously, it’s a real good coffee maker if you are into coffee for real, easy to maintain, clean and work with!

Fed up with shelling out too much for a cup of latte at cafes, I opted to invest in an espresso machine. Now, I can enjoy a comforting cup of coffee right at home! This machine is a breeze to use and clean, plus the coffee it brews is absolutely delicious. The only downside is that it's a tad on the heavy side.

I've been an avid coffee drinker for years. After many many trips to local starbucks, I figured I could probably save some money buying my own espresso machine. This is by far the best investment I have made to my morning routine. Out of box, it's very simple to use once you read the instructions. You'll be a barista in no time!

Takes a little while to get the espresso correct and some research (I am also a former barista), but once you do, this is great to have. Be prepared to waste a lot of espresso beans perfecting the shot. My only complaints are minor. I wish the water tank was on the side and not the back and that the espresso grinder output was lower. The steam wand takes some time to heat up and to froth milk, but froths well. The good parts about this machine is that I love that a grinder and steam wand is included with it. Having everything all-in-one at this price is amazing. The controls are also very easy to understand and it is very easy to clean the bottom (even has a tab that comes up when it's time to clean). I love that the tamper is magnetic and has a storage solution. This will save me so much money in the long run and I am very happy with this machine.

We're not experienced barista by any means. But this Espresso Machine is easy to use and looks good in the kitchen. We were having issue in getting the pressure up into the espresso range with the default Grind size... but after many cups of trial and error, finally we were able to with the lower end of the grind size. One downside is we've seen one or two times where the steam wand stopped blowing steam in the middle of the process. Not sure what that was about. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase.

It can maks some of the besf at home coffee drinks like hot or iced lattes. Im not that experienced in the coffee game but i can sure make my favorite vanilla latte with brown sugar and comes out great every time. I would buy this product again

If you’re spending 200 a month on coffee highly recommend buying this ! 1 it’ll save you money 2 it’ll become a hobby 3 if you’re a person that likes routines this is perfect for you , nothing beats the coffee smell , it is going to take some getting use to but once you get the hang of it it’s life changing ! Best purchase I’ve made in years I use it everyday worth every penny

I had a Breville without the bean crusher and this changes the game. Every cup is so fresh and full of flavor. Whether I want a latte, espresso or coffee, it does a great job. The milk frother is a little loud as it makes pressure but the results are so worth it!

First: this machine makes such good coffee, it probably *is* worth the retail price... but it goes on sale so often at various major retailers, you should set yourself a price alert and jump on Best Buy's price matching whenever it hits 25-30% off retail. I did that and felt better about spending the extra $$$ for Geek Squad service, which has saved my butt a few times with other semi-major appliance purchases and gives me more peace of mind with this beauty. Second: Oh my god, the coffee. I don't know why we've been suffering at home through years and years of sub-par espresso (or maybe "espresso"?) shots pulled from a series of bottom-end DeLonghi machines, when we could have been starting every day with lattes that put Starbucks and every other local coffee shop to shame. As other reviewers have noted, it takes a little experimentation to hit on the right balance of grind size and amount and tamping pressure, and every time you try different coffee beans you may have to waste a couple of shots getting everything dialed in again. But once you get the hang of it, it's pretty much foolproof and oh-so-satisfying to pull a couple of perfect shots. Cleanup does take a little effort — but I could see how cutting corners on purging the group head and cleaning the steam wand after every brew cycle could come back to haunt you later, so I'm fine with having to spend an extra few minutes on cleanup every day. Time will tell how well it holds up, but it seems like people who take good care of their machines generally get years of use out of them. And the coffee is absolutely spectacular.

If you love coffee, this will bring your coffee mojo up ten notches. I used a Keurig for years and didn't know what I was missing. I found a new meaning in what coffee should taste like. Highly recommended!

Just buy it, you won't regret it. I wish I bought it sooner !
