We have not had this espresso machine for long but we are loving it! The set up and instructions are clear and there's lots of helpful utube instructional videos too. Great espresso. We should have gotten this years ago.

We love our new Breville Espresso Machine. It's almost as if we've become expert baristas overnight...not to mention saving around $32/day @ Starbucks. It is not difficult to use, but it has so many options to adjust you are able to dial in your taste preferences. Be aware: It does take time! Because there are so many ways to adjust (burr settings, grind levels, metering, pod prep, bean variety, etc...not to mention how you steam/froth your milk, you do need to plan for experimenting and adjusting. Fantastic product so far!

Excellent starter for those needing to learn the art of making your espresso. Just know you can’t make espressos and use the steamer at the same time. It’s one or the other.

I have had this machine for 3 weeks and I am still learning the many aspects of it’s use. Coming from using a Ninja pod machine which was quick and easy there is definitely a learning curve and time investment. Coffee flavor is improved. I am still struggling with the steam wand and getting a micrfoam result. Milk is coming out flat and not foamy. I have cleaned the wand several times and still poor results. I will be contacting the manufacturer to find out what I am doing wrong . I have used a steam wand on a prior less expensive machine with much better results. This is the only issue I have had to date. I will update this review in a couple of months once I have more time to use the machine.

Excellent coffee machine. not fully automatic so you get the feeling of being an amateur barista :) and also control the brewing experience by adjusting the quantity of coffee dispensed, grind level etc.

I absolutely love this machine, perfect for beginners, easy to use, and great price for a commercial quality machine, I would definitely buy again!

Excellent product for people who KNOW how they want their latte/espresso/cappuccino/coffee to taste! This is NOT for amateur coffee lovers; rather, it is for those who are challenged to find a coffee drink in a coffee shop that meets their high standards of properly roasted beans and brewing. In other words, this mean-bean machine is for espresso/latte/coffee snobs! : ) I'm happy as a lark with mine! (It is imperative that you follow the directions so you know how to program/use the different features. If you are not a "directions person," then have someone tutor you.)

This thing is awesome. Delicious lattes and more, easy instructions to learn. Watch a youtube video or two and buy good beans!

If you are in the market for an espresso machine this is it. It is solid, sturdy, and works like a dream. The attached grinder has size settings, and the steamer is just plain fun to use. This machine is definitely getting a workout!

My wife said she could never justify spending this much on an espresso machine... so i made it happen. Best gift ever for a coffee lover. Built in grinder is a dream for counter space.

Much better than I expected for $600!! I work in a restaurant, and I am used to pulling espresso from machines that cost $10k!! I can make this coffee taste just as good as the one I make at work, and my wife is super happy! 100% worth the money!

Makes great espresso. Easy to Clean. So far so good. This machine is perfect for making great espresso at home but it’s all about the quality of the beans that are used in the machine.
