Fabulous machine. Grinder has both fine and coarse adjustments, I’ve had no problem tailoring to very different beans. Milk steamer well situated and flawless. Boiler allows for consistent pulls with exceptional results. Very consistent once you’ve locked in your parameters. Overall an excellent machine.

Everything you need for a coffee in one machine, i love it honestly. Not complimented to use and i have the luxury of making my own fancy coffees right at home.

It took a bit to figure out the settings, but I love the quality of the coffee this machine produces. I did by a larger pitcher to improve the microfoam in my morning cappuccinos.

This machine is great. As a beginner, it has allowed me to learn about dialing in espresso as well as getting decent milk texture. Don't get me wrong, this is no prosumer grade machine, BUT it is a fully capable machine that will leave you satisfied with the quality of espresso it is able to make. My only complaint would be the included tamp is a tiny bit too small for the portafilter basket, so I would recommend picking up a 53mm one off of amazon or something like that. Not necessary, but definitely helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking to get into the world of espresso!

Love it!! Make excellent expresso coffee and is very easy to use.

Owned this for a few months now and really enjoying it. Having fresh grounds for every coffee is awesome and having the optional porta filters is nice for pre-ground coffee too. Steamer wand works great too. We got a smaller, cheaper brand before this and, wow, what a difference! This is a high quality product, comes with a nice cleaning kit and extra stuff too. Highly recommend if you can swing the cost...was worth it to me!

Have had this for about a month. So far I am loving it. There is definitely a learning curve so you have to be patient but overall I love it. Really great quality espresso machine.

I bought this machine 8 months ago . It worked great at first. Then the machine went complelty down hil, I noticed the floor became strange & then I found metal shards in my espresso grind. Disgusting & very dangerous after taking with costumer service. I took off the grinder cap & found the metal part has been breaking apart( I’m not sure how long which is scary as well) I’ve only ever used high quiltly regular whole beans. I stopped using the grinder & after 2 weeks, the epresso pressure machine no longer works. It’s a 700 $ machine that only lasted 9 months & has a serious defect putting metal into the coffee grounds. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks dealing with customer service via email & phone calls. It’s been a horrible exp. After doing every video & update for them. They have not come up with a replacement & never sent any kind of repair email.( I’ve called & emailed again) & nothing in regards to the repair. It’s under a 2 year warranty. They have been a nightmare tondela with and have not honored the warranty and come up with no solution for a dangerously defective product. I now have to review to find a solution. If de long I go can email directly back. I’m on the phone with costumer service for the 10th time. I need a replacement or way to send in for repair

This is my second one of these and that's because they are fantastic! My first one lasted about 6 years, with daily abuse of about 5-6 espresso per day before it had power issues. I love the manual control and the steam/pressure is great too. My only complaint is (same for both units) that I sometimes find water on the counter behind the unit and I am unable to determine specifically why this happens (like am I allowing the tray to overfill or perhaps its not seated correctly), however find no common cause which I could correct. I would recommend this specific model to anyone who wants to make fresh ground espresso or americanos at home! Since original purchase, I find I am a "home" coffee snob now, used to visit the big "S" multi times daily, now I dread when I am away from home and have to order out.

I bought this when it went on sale. I’ve saved a lot of money by not buying Starbucks each morning and instead making our own Espressos. It’s paid for itself. I should gotten it sooner, even if I had to pay full price.

Great machine, no problems with it at all. Easy to clean and best of all I save a lot of money from having to go to Starbucks often. Overall great experience and my house smells heavenly.

This is an excellent machine and i have had several. Tip: instead of waiting 20 minutes like some recommend just run 1 single shot without coffee first then proceed. Makes all the difference
