This coffee espresso machine is great. You’ll never have to goto those expensive coffee shops again. It will pay for itself in months. I suggest watching some YouTube videos on how to make your favorites. The machine does come with some good basic instructions to get you started.

Makes a great espresso. My only complaint is that no matter what I do I cant get a cup made in the 'ideal' meter range on the front. None the less its easy to use, consistent, and my wife and I love it.

There is a reason these machines are everywhere and it is because they are great. I can only say good things about this. Medium roast coffee works best here and my tip is to skip struggling with descaling, use it with distilled water and sprinkle a tiny bit of minerals on top of the tamped or the in the brewed coffee instead. In case you are crazy about the perfect tasting coffee that is already great anyway.

Finally bought after a while, with COVID-19 working from home should have bought way earlier. Impressed with the coffee, so much so that now I need to be much more careful about my total consumption. Goes on sale 1-2X per year, often knocks ~$100 off (FYI).

If you love a good espresso or latte, this machine is for you. It's easy to learn how to use it and the coffee tastes amazing! Not to mention the many dollars you're saving each day and week. It's also a beautiful machine so the design up-levels the kitchen.

What a great machine! we decided to upgrade from the "Bambino" to this one. Great decision! Everything is on this machine; grinder separate water and steamer. Easy cleaning and turns out a great drink.

Easy to setup and makes great expresso! We absolutely love it.

I was fortunate enough to buy this on sale and I’m glad I did. I have stopped drinking coffee altogether and only make lattes now. The machine does require some research and practice to use. If you don’t have the time to learn and the patience, this won’t be the machine for you.

Its easy to learn how to make beverages. Id say this is worth investing which could save you a lot of money in the long run by skipping starbucks or other coffee shops. I love this machine. Very easy to use

Brews an excellent espresso right on your counter. The integrated grinder produces very fine grounds and allows dial in your espresso to accommodate whole beans from various sources. The dual wall caps are very useful to make use of random ground beans you may have around. Highly recommend over single serving machines that eventually make your coffee experience tedious.

This machine is so amazing we stopped going to Starbucks. This is my 2nd Barista Express machine. The first machine lasted over 5 years with daily use of at least 10-15 cappuccinos per day.

Works very well; occasionally the steamer doesn't flow and has to be turned off and on again. Love the integrated grinder. Hard to access water reservoir on kitchen counter because of overhead cabinets so I have to move it forward to refill. Directions aren't very good but once you figure it out, it is easy. Worked great out of the box. Glad I finally bought it!

We have this Espresso Machine for 17 months now. We use this at least twice a day and it still works great. We've been keeping up when the cleaning notification lights up. Be sure to descale/clean when it's time to do so.

Worth every dime. I stopped going to my favorite coffee shops because I get better coffee, iced or warm better at home. Better get yours now!!!

I had originally purchased a Brim 19 Bar Espresso machine in Summer 2019. That machine worked for less than a year when the steam pipe completely gave out. Luckily, i had purchased the extended service plan, which I used toward the purchase this Breville espresso machine (about a month ago). I had the Breville machine for a week at which point the steam completely stopped working. As with the previous machine, I returned the first Breville machine and exchanged it for a new one. Now I have had the second Breville machine for almost three weeks. It works fine except that the coffee grinder sometimes needs a shake or a tap to get coffee to move through it smoothly. Give this issue, I am not sure how long the built-in grinder will last. As for the rest of the machine, it seems to work pretty well. It definitely makes good espresso and steams milk well. Given my experiences to date, I am not sure I have the confidence that this Breville machine will stand the test of time. I feel that these machines are designed to work for a limited period of time and then they just break. I hope I am wrong about that. Regardless of which machine one chooses to purchase, I would not go without the extended service plan. If anything goes wrong, insurance is important because these machines are expensive and buying another one is not cheap. Let’s hope this one lasts for a long time...
