Absolutely love this machine, definitely saves money compared to coffee shops every other day, if mine ever breaks I will go right to the store and buy another one... that says a lot coming from someone who tends to be pretty cheap :p

Once you get used to your grinds, and getting your pucks even... makes amazing coffee. We don't even go out for coffee unless we forgot to get beans! My wife loves the machine so much she takes it with her on trips to beach. As a coffee lover this machine is easy and anazing results

Best espresso machine, I have gone through about 3 machines and I know I will never stop using this one.

This has been amazing. Small learning curve. I was reluctant to spend so much on an expression machine but for something that is used as much as this it was definitely worth buying quality.

This espresso machine is the best. It is the second one I bought because I wanted one at work… I don’t drink a lot of coffee but I like quality coffee drinks. This machine does not disappoint.

I replaced my Breville BES820XL of 10 years with the newer Barista Express Machine. I'm 6 weeks in and I'm not impressed. My issues are mainly around inconsistencies. For instance, the grind never gives me even close to a consistent amount of coffee. Also, I can never get a double shot from the machine. Sometimes I'll get 1/2 an ounce, other times 1 ounce, but never 2 ounces. I always have to press the double shot twice to get even close to 2 ounces. I've even reprogrammed the double shot to the maximum amount of time it will let me program it to. I've reached out to support, who are very slow to respond and there only comment to me was to check the power in my house. I never had an issue with my old Breville. I will say, I do love the built-in grinder, but I wish it was consistent.

This espresso machine is fantastic, but I had to ding it one star because the grinder didn't work out of the box. Company immediately sent out a brand new unit, so all is good. Makes great espresso, and once you master milk frothing, it's a dream to use. Be nice if you could connect a water line directly to the unit, especially at this price level.

Our old cappuccino machine finally died. We surveyed the marketplace and settled on a less expensive option. We went into the Burlington Best Buy and Ryan Windley, our go to Best Buy Guy, showed us an array of cappuccino making options. We bought the Breville Barista Express Espresso for about $750 USD. My wife has spent about the past month perfecting making a cappuccino. The machine does a wonderful job with my wife’s skilled hands. It is great cappuccino machine we are very pleased with it. I don't drink coffee, this was a gift for my wife and she loves it. She worked at a coffee stand in college and says she can make coffee just as good with this machine as she did with the professional grade machine so I'm assuming that's good.

My first legit espresso machine and it does not disappoint! A bit of a learning curve at first to get it down but once I figured it out it makes consistent quality espresso. Really good lattes that are way better than Starbucks. Looks awesome too.

I want down to best buy picked up this bad boy and now I'm a barista. It's that simple no more tipping and I buy the beans from the coffee stands and it taste even better than the stands do. Buy now if you love good coffee and saving money. Plus easy to use and easy to keep clean.

Easy to use, and it made good coffee. The grinder stuck once, and we resolved the issue by increasing the grinder size setting to make the powder coarser. Once the stucked bean pieces got out, the grinder functioned OK then.
