Bought for my daughter as a house warming present. She loves it. BB delivered expeditiously and in excellent condition. She prefers this model with the gauges to the newer model. Makes excellent espresso shots

The machine is so awesome, but honestly it’s very very hard to get the right settings for the coffee to not come out bitter so it’s like a love and hate review like I think it would be awesome if I would get them Settings right for a good cup of coffee, but I’ve had it ready for two weeks and I still can’t get it so it’s a little frustrating. I’m hoping to get it soon. I’ve tried multiple different kinds of coffees beans

It’s amazing. Little tricky but when you finally adjust everything to your taste, it’s really like a professional espresso coffee.

My wife refuses to drink regular coffee after this so we packed up regular drip coffee machine and solely use this now. Seriously the best investment you can make if you are a regular coffee buyer at big chains.

Our old cappuccino machine finally died. We surveyed the marketplace and settled on a less expensive option. We went into the Burlington Best Buy and Ryan Windley, our go to Best Buy Guy, showed us an array of cappuccino making options. We bought the Breville Barista Express Espresso for about $750 USD. My wife has spent about the past month perfecting making a cappuccino. The machine does a wonderful job with my wife’s skilled hands. It is great cappuccino machine we are very pleased with it. This is my first espresso machine. My wife and I would drink 2 lattes a week minimum from Starbucks and or other coffee shops. It only made sense to take the leap and save between $10-$13 per trip (2) drinks. This has been so easy to use.

Overall love it, but coffee that comes out is not the best possible. Hard to get the pressure up - because it depends on grind setting, filter used and how coffee is packed. Frother drops a bit of cold water before it steams milk (watering down my milk). The unit looks beautiful and the grinder grinds coffee to perfection (however messy no matter how hard you try).

if you are looking at this item you are probably well acquainted with coffee. you will know that making a good espresso is an art and this machine does take some time to learn but once you get it dialed in, it's extremely well worth it.

Great coffee maker. Love it. Lots to learn! Wish I would have bought one sooner. Espresso and cappuccinos are awesome!

Product works very well. You have to try a couple of times to get the right combo of expresso and milk. Tastes great when you finally get it right.

Fantastic for both the wannabe coffee connoisseur or casual coffee drinker. Take your too e when learning the functions, cause there’s a lot; but when you learn it, you will absolutely love this machine.

This machine has lived up to my expectations. I spent several months researching for the best espresso machine to have at home. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan just in case something happens in 1-2 years but so far it has been amazing with no issues!

Best espresso machine, I have gone through about 3 machines and I know I will never stop using this one.
