Getting the perfect shot is easy once you understand the process, but I highly suggest watching a few videos on the machine to understand what each part does and why it's important to prep your puck. My only complaint is the steamer- it takes a while to get going and awhile to steam your milk. But it still will turn out great.

The BEST coffee machine

I had used saeco automatic machine before but this is way better than that. The coffee taste is almost as same as local coffee roasting shop and it is much better than starbucks coffee as long as you use freshly roasted coffee beans.
