This machine works great, easy to make an espresso. It can fit in kitchen or a small coffee shop. Love this.

Great machine. Easy to use and great tasting coffee!

Great machine. It took a little practice to get the grind and dose correct but, that's what learning to be a experienced barista takes. Steaming the milk took very little practice to get a really great hot foamy milk. And, thanks to all the espresso videos on YouTube.

Love it. You just need to find the right grind for each brew and off you go. Been saving so much making coffee at home.

Better than Starbucks, better than Keurig, better than any coffee house, better than Mr. Coffee, better than De’Longhi. For coffee instead of espresso this machine had an 8oz water option/ americano

This product increased my ability to have wide range of my daily espresso based drinks. Steam power is great for frothing. The best thing is single and dual layered espresso pods, which you can have different grounded coffee beans. You can also have whole coffee beans for your own grinding preference or use ground coffee.

I'm addict to coffee and looked for a espresso machine few years ago, I purchased one from another brand at $200 price range, but I wasn't quite satisfied with it, finally I got this one for about a month, very satisfied, it requires some practice to choose grind size, temp pressure. Overall, it's an excellent product.

Honestly I was so excited to make my own espresso’s. Wish I didn’t make this purchase especially for the cost. Machine is well built and beautiful however I have found out espressos are difficult and this machine is not easy to get a great espresso

This is one of the best investments me and my girlfriend has made so far. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but those who are will be missing out if they don’t own one of these. It makes just the right espresso shot(s) if you know how to operate the machine. Every penny spent was well worth it.

Its ok once you program it. I bought a cheaper delonghi espresso machine a couple years ago and it produces a better crema and the milk frother is way better. This machine barely can froth. The upside is that it grinds the beans for you and you can preset how much espresso it dispenses.

This is a great machine for home use. Still trying to figure out how to brew a great cup of espresso. Trial and error.

has ALL the right features...acts like a commercial machine...small enough to sit on any counter. excellent purchase - would recommend to anyone who want to be able to make their own espresso like a barista.

Had this machine 4 months when the steam stopped working meaning it wasn’t getting hot anymore. Kept calling the Breville ppl and they will give u the run around. U have to be persistent and keep calling. They wanted me to descale. I’m like common sense says the water gets hot but the steam doesn’t so it’s not the temp and the machine isn’t used enough to need to be descaled. I descaled. Called back and they said they needed to watch me descale via video chat. Such a waste of descaling packets. It didn’t work as I figured it wouldn’t. Then they kept trying to get me to adjust and increase the temp. Also don’t work. Finally by like the 4th or 5th call they sent me a label to send machine to be fixed. Was never told what was wrong with it after it was sent to Cali and fixed and sent back to me. Oh and call center is out sourced so it’s hard to underatand ppl. And they don’t know the machine either. They reading manual to tell u how to fix it. It’s a joke. I only had this for 4 months when steam stopped getting hot. And I barely used it. Maybe once or twice a week. But if ur machine quits working be sure to get it fixed before warranty is up!!!

Works great, coffe taste depends on the beans you put on and the level of grind.

It makes a great cup of coffee. I really like having the grinder built in.

Use it almost everyday. I love it! Had some difficulty learning all the things that come with the machine but overall so happy with the purchase.
