    Broke within the 1st 6 months and was under warranty and Best Buy had us contact Breville who had it for about a month. Got it back from Breville and it worked for about another 6 months and stopped working again. Now out of warranty, Breville won’t respond so we took it to Best Buy Service and the said they’d only service if we would’ve bought an extended warranty. I just want it fixed but Best Buy won’t do anything and we called around town and everyone says they can’t get parts and can’t service.

    We have ordered many things from amazon and other places and have never had the service we had with this company. The gentleman waitied outside in the cold for a while until we came to the door because the item we bought was super expensive and he didnt want to leave it outside. So thank you for that we really appreciate it.

    I started to notice the unit is leaking after only 3 months. I called Breville and after troubleshooting with the rep through video call. She created the ticket and have me send it in. I send it my 3 months old with little usage, almost brand new unit, and the unit they send back to me after the repair was not my original unit. I’m very sure its refurbished unit because the stainless looked very old and rusted. Definitely not what I expected from Breville. It’s an expensive unit and you would expect it to last longer or at least don’t screw me up Breville. Very disappointed. It would be my last purchase item from Breville.

    I can't rate this machine at this moment. until i use it more. I was very disappointed with the first Barista Express. The machine was defected, leaking water all over the place. The good thing that the store replaced it.

    Fun to have to actually understand how to use it, but too easy to make a bad cup of coffee. My bambino was much more consistent.

    For 600 dollars you’d expect a product to last longer. A year and a half is how long it lasted until the grinder locked up. Great while it lasted. If you purchase this espresso machine be sure and get the extended warranty.

    Grinder button stopped working

    I purchased the espresso machine about 2 months ago. I really liked the machine but for some reason the grinder button just stop working. I hope my warranty will cover that.
