It took a bit of a learning curve, but the espresso is great!

It took me time to get used to it. Honestly it’s so worth it.

We love our Barista Express. Arrives in January 2024 for my wife as a push present. However, this machine comes with a learning curve!!! I would only recommend this machine for coffee lovers that want to expand their horizons with toying with different coffee beans, grind sizes, and types of coffee. It took me about 3 months to really dial in the coffee process on this machine. The first time I used it it took me 6-8 pulls of espresso to get the desired output from the machine. Now that we have found a handful of beans we love and have figured out the process, we absolutely love our machine. I think my wife has been to Starbucks only a handful of times in the year and a half that we've had this machine which was worth it lol.

I knew I wanted an espresso machine that is quality and elegant. And this is the one. Made lots of research and everything I wanted points to this machine. What I love the most is the convenience of built in grinder, my beans is always fresh. Makes perfect espresso, with all the dials you can be a pro on making lattes.

Great buy! we use this brand over the last 18 years. works great. Best coffee beans to be used are without any coat on them... because it may clog the grinder. overall phenomenal.

I bought this a s Christmas gift for myself over a year ago for Christmas. I was a Barista back in college where they had preset, several thousand dollar machines. This machine takes some time to play with to get the settings right for the beans that you would like to use. If you change beans, you may have to adjust the settings a couple time again to get it right, but that's why I love it. It's customizable and fun to play with. The coffee is great. We use it a few time a week and several time in a night around the holidays or when we have guests over. It has a reasonable footprint compared to other brands/ models. It is beautiful on the counter. Definitely a conversation piece that has saved us hundreds on coffee compared to our daily Starbucks run.

Love this espresso machine! It’s got all-in-one functionality with the grinder, espresso maker, and milk frother so I don’t need multiple coffee gadgets to make a delicious cap or latte. Definitely an essential esp during this covid time!

It is easy to use, and simple clean-up procedure when necessary. Also, it has a fancy look and the espresso quality is great. The hot water outlet makes things even more convenient, because usually I drink a cup after drinking espresso.

Breville machine makes gourmet coffee easy. Many youtube videos and tutorials can help novices maximize their barista skills. This machine is a beast and has a built in burr grinder to help get the grind right for the bean. I would buy again in a heartbeat. The curbside pickup option from best buy was top notch.

This is a great coffee maker. It’s feature rich including the hopper for the beans, grinder you can adjust for volume/grind coarseness and the ability to froth milk. Yes, it’s expensive but great quality.

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it!

It’s a nice machine! Certainly very loud especially when grinding coffee. After two weeks it started making clinging noise, which went away with time. About two months later the grinder stopped working. It’s only making a winding noise. Contacted breville and I’m sending it back for repair. They were nice and send packaging materials. Currently using a 20$ drip machine.

This item is amazing, I purchased this machine to get into coffee brewing at was worth it. We buy our own coffee, grind them up and can make expresso, iced, and mocha drinks.

Absolutely wonderful product, it makes the best espresso and latte.
