Got this for my husband as a gift. He had done all the prior research and watched videos and everything. He LOVES this machine. Our friends even tell us the coffee is better than going to a coffee shop! Very easy to use, easy to clean and makes great coffee!

Awesome espresso machine. This is my second one. We have hard water in our area so if your like us, use the descaler as recommended and cleaning tabs. Easy to use: makes delicious espresso

This is so simple to use. If you’re a coffee lover, this is everything you hoped for in a coffee machine.

This machine is an incredible combo. The grinder is excellent and allows for precise grind adjustments. And it either dispenses a pre-measured amount or a manually controlled amount. The steamer works great. Hot water dispenser is just as I would expect. And most importantly, the espresso maker delivers delicious shots. Quality of all parts is excellent. It's an attractive appliance that fits well into my kitchen. My only concern is the knob that switches between steam and hot water takes some effort to move and I won't be surprised if it fails over time. But over one month of daily use, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Gave this as a gift and now they make me awesome coffee. Would buy one for myself, but why since they make me awesome coffee with it. Great product.

Once I got this "dialed in" (and it took some work/play) I've been pulling some amazing, super flavorful shots of espresso. And making some really great lattes, and mochas and... I guess you get the point. But don't buy this expecting to pull it out of the box and make a perfect shot on the first pull. You have to tune your grind level, your amount of coffee ground in to the portafilter, how long you let it go... There's a lot of great stuff on YouTube for this specific model in terms of how to pull the best shot, and with a little practice, I have at least one or two great doubleshots every morning.

My ROI keeps growing with the purchase of this machine. This expresso machine essentially put Starbucks out of business in my household!

A little louder than I expected but easy to learn. Seems to need to be precise when it comes to qty and ground size but once that is figured out not much to it. Makes a great espreso

[Employee of bestbuy] Keeping this part short, I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to making espresso. But all I had to do was watch a quick YouTube video on setting it up, and next thing I knew I was pouring shots. Of course also depends on what beans you buy, and if you prepare the coffee puck properly, but this machine really helps create some phenomenal espresso. Especially for someone that is coming from instant coffee and Starbucks. It is a big difference.

I have had this machine for 3 weeks and I am still learning the many aspects of it’s use. Coming from using a Ninja pod machine which was quick and easy there is definitely a learning curve and time investment. Coffee flavor is improved. I am still struggling with the steam wand and getting a micrfoam result. Milk is coming out flat and not foamy. I have cleaned the wand several times and still poor results. I will be contacting the manufacturer to find out what I am doing wrong . I have used a steam wand on a prior less expensive machine with much better results. This is the only issue I have had to date. I will update this review in a couple of months once I have more time to use the machine.

Have been using this for a few weeks. Love it! Does a great job. My daughter who goes to Starbucks, says, my expresso is better! Easy to use.

I have been buying espresso drinks for decades and it got to the point where getting a properly made drink from the major coffee bars was a crap shoot. The final straw was being charged an extra $1.75 for oat milk and 50 cents for a spritz of whipped cream from my local cafes. I then went on a search for my own espresso machine and my research led me to this one. I could not be happier. I read the manual and within a few minutes I was making high quality espresso with a rich crema. It does not have a double boiler, so you can’t make espresso and steam milk simultaneously (but how many people really do that?). But when switched to steam, it works great. It is a high quality, uncomplicated machine which I couldn’t recommend more.

This is sooo great and worth it!! If you love lattes and cappuccino and always drink coffee out, this will save you tons in the long run. Makes great coffee and very easy to use! Would recommend!

Machine works great we love it everything we would want and more

Bought this for my wife this Christmas. She was a barista many moons ago and loves using it. The only downfall is our caffeine addiction has gone through the roof. I could barely type this review I am shaking so bad. Kinda like a Chihuahua. If you are thinking of getting one just put it in the cart and go. You won't be disappointed. No I am not being paid by Best Buy to say this, but if the CEO sees this I am open to the idea ;)

Great coffee, good design, doesnt take too long and lots to learn

I purchased a $100 espresso machine from Costco and used it every day, often several times a day. It broke within two months. Realizing that we needed a heavy duty machine, I did a better job of researching the next purchase. It was difficult to cough up $800 bucks for this machine, but I wanted something that was going to last and deliver an excellent coffee consistently even with heavy use. I paid an extra $70 for the two year warranty, which I honestly am unsure of. Apparently it runs consecutively with the manufacturers warranty, so you are really paying $70 for one extra year. However, I want to make sure that if it breaks, I'll be able to get another machine, or get my money back. The coffee is awesome! Starbucks can't hold a candle to it!
