Purchased this machine for my wife and she and my daughter love it! With the right beans they spend every morning making their own drinks and enjoy the taste better than the local coffee shops. Highly recommend. -Matt

it looks intimidating, but its not. The manual is boring and drab, but go on YouTube and watch the videos from Breville or from the several reviewers from other coffee places. We use this in a small restaurant and like having fresh whole espresso beans that get grounded by the machine (major reason for choosing this one), and our lunch customers have greatly enjoyed the new machine too.

It looks stunning in the kitchen. And it is fun to learn how to get the right grind size and pressure to make the coffee you like, and far better than those sweet ones from StarBucks.

I went thru 3 other broken machines before purchasing this. This one works beautifully. I just love this. Easy to use. Functions actually work. Takes technique and practice to get the right espresso but that's to be expected. I love this.

Always wanted an espresso machine for the house. Found this on sale and glad I got it. Was very easy to set up and just as easy to use.

We bought this espresso maker because we wanted to enjoy lattes and espressos like we’ve had in Europe. So far so good and highly recommended! Be patient in learning to froth your milk. When you get it right, you will be in for a treat!

this is a great product and is worth every penny x2. it is fast efficient and produces some awsome espresso. if i had to buy it again i would no doubt. all you have to do is periodically clean and change the water filter. Enjoy

Absolutely love it. Took watching a couple YouTube videos to get an understanding of hos to calibrate for the right brew. I now enjoy a daily Americano. For special treats I make macchiatos

While it's not as good commercial machine costing many thousands more I've used in the past. This is the best personal machine I've had. Be sure to use the frothier as instructed. I also found it better to run some hot water before operating the frothier. I have not used the grinder extensively yet.

The machine is so awesome, but honestly it’s very very hard to get the right settings for the coffee to not come out bitter so it’s like a love and hate review like I think it would be awesome if I would get them Settings right for a good cup of coffee, but I’ve had it ready for two weeks and I still can’t get it so it’s a little frustrating. I’m hoping to get it soon. I’ve tried multiple different kinds of coffees beans

Wife uses this everyday and loves it. She watched a few YouTube videos to help her dial it in. The manual explains how everything works but watching those videos really helped her get the settings to her liking. Highly recommend.

Love love love it! I have found this better than the Starbucks latte so my bank account is certainly happy.. There's newer models that probably do more but this classic one is an all time favorite

We love this machine. This is the second one we bought and couldn't be happier. Great being able to grind fresh beans each time and have the controls for grind so easy to adjust. Our first one is 6 years old and still going strong.
