The product itself is fine but there are some missing parts, specifically the cleaning accessories are missing even though the manual and the box show these are included. I called Breville customer service, the rep is extremely rude and telling me I can only get two of the size missing parts. I told I need to speak to her supervisor and I have not received a call back. The Breville rep is obviously in India and has heavy accent and bad phone connection. First she told me my box doesn’t include the cleaning accessories because I bought a displayed item from Bestbuy. When I told her my item was actually shipped from bestbuy’s warehouse not displayed item, she replied “if you say so.” The Breville rep is incompetent and extremely rude. Why can’t an American company actually hire someone in America and can speak English? She didn’t even know where Colorado is, and told me my mailing address is not in her system.

It was a little bit difficult in the beginning to discover all the different things. Overall it’s a good coffee maker.

Had this machine for 6 months use 2-4 times a day. Works great and yes you can do latte art with it. Just make sure you clean it once a month or the pressure will start to drop!!!

We are going on week 3 with the breville. There is a small learning curve but once you get the hang of it you get to enjoy a delicious latte ever morning. I enjoy this product

I really like this machine, but continue to have issues with the espresso extraction being too low no matter the ground size.

Makes a real nice cup of coffee for an at home machine

My first Breville espresso machine lasted more than 15 years. This ine is an upgrade with the built in grinder. It takes a few tries to get the right grind and pressure, but it is well worth the price! Hopefully this machine lasts just as long.

I got that machine after reading everyone’s great review but unfortunately I wasn’t able to dial it in. I read forums, watched videos, wrote chart with grinder(top one and the one on the side) numbers and 6 coffee bags later wasn’t able to dial it in. I just gave up it was a waste of coffee and time

I looked at several machines and read countless reviews before deciding on this. This pulls consistent shots and the steaming wand works great. Cleaning and maintenance is easy.

It’s a very decent espresso machine. I have a problem with the size of the trace, coffee gets everywhere after grinding. It is just very expensive espresso machine- which I hope is good quality.

Took us few days to how to get to most of it, now that we know how to use it we love it!

It works good, im still practicing with it but the downside is that water runsout too fast
