Sent in for a warranty repair. Received the machine back and it no longer had temperature control or water flow control. The only way you could get it to extract was to press the program button. The hot water feature would run until the whole tank drained out sending a mess of hot water all of the counter and floors if you were not standing there to manually turn the machine off. Sent the machine in again and was replaced with a refurbished machine. 4 months later the grinder stops working on the refurbished machine. After all kinds of ridiculous instructions like taking apart the entire grinder (bolts, washers etc.) and running rice through it, they finally accepted it back for another warranty repair. Just received the machine back and I do not think they did anything as the grinder still does not work. After all the money that was spent on this machine, you would think that it would last more than 9 months. Also, if I wanted a refurbished machine, I would have bought one. I paid for a brand-new machine but am now stuck with a refurbished machine. Our house will never have another Breville product in it.
