Terrible Customer Service Experience!

However, no long after I purchased it from BestBuy, it went on sale, also through BestBuy, for substantially less. They refused to price match as I didn't notify them until only a few days after the return period had ended. I have 2 chat agents, and 2 customer care agents a chance to help and none would. As a customer for nearly 30-years that has never asked for a price match, or even a refund or exchange, I would have hoped for a small exception to be made. Instead you have lost a customer. I will never shop here again.

Learning curve

We make our own SB and save money evey day instead of paying 6-7 per coffee. Its overall pretty easy to learn the basic use of it, however i have sllot to learn still.
