Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“Best Buy “store they sold me an item that someone returned,it was a gift for my husband’s birthday and I was embarrassed that it was not new, but my husband said that it works, leave it, I won’t say that it was better than the coffee machine I tried from, it turns out very weak espresso and when there is half left in the reserve for water it does not steam for the latte I have to constantly keep the supply full, I will not buy anything else in the Best Buy this was my worst purchase and a ruined birthday gift

Excellent machine

It does take some time to figure out the perfect grind amount and coarseness of coffee for an espresso but once you have that its great.

Have to mess with the he settings depending on coffee beans but that’s normal. I do wish the frothing stick was a little better but like I said great for beginners.

Since I purchased this, I use this machine everytday for last 3 month with no issues. Can make hot and cold latte and americano and I really enjoy them.

A bit hard to find the best mix of coffee grind fineness and volume of grind. Still struggling to get the best use of the milk frother- would have been better to have the wand a little longer.
