Buy it somewhere else

Great machine but buy it somewhere else.

Good coffee ☕, bad mechanism.

The coffee flavor is good but the water pump always have issues.

Would have liked for it to work

Water leaks into the bottom tray whenever making espresso or using the steam wand. A full tank will be near empty after 3-5 times using either function. Maybe because of the water leaks, the pressure never got to the "espresso range" as per the manual and a shot would be done in 5 seconds which seem way too quick. Also tried different beans, different grind settings, different amount of grounds, different amount of pressure...none seems to work. Gave up. Very tempted to give it another try but have been seeing some bad reviews as well. Not sure if the later batches of this machine are bad.

BE AWARE - No price match beyond 15 days

And best buy says they cannot price match or do anything about it because it passes 15 days return period. So if you want to shop at Bestbuy, be ready to regret after 15 days.

In spite of the direction(s) provided in the user guide to clean the upper/lower burr. Don't buy full price like me. It's a junk for the high the price. Find sale.

Issues with gauge valve.

The espresso gauge will not work until parts have to be removed and changed. It's just a bit complicated. I would not repurchase it.
