I left it on the auto settings and enjoyed making shots with no problems. This was the reason I bought this machine so I could get the feel of it before venturing out on my own. Now it wouldn’t stop making the shot, even with the pressure is correct. It overflows my cup each time. It takes me three or four times to get the right pressure. Again, I kept everything as it came from the factory, not changing the grind or the pressure I use to tamp the grounds. Now I’m struggling to stop the water before it over flows and try to figure out how to get the correct extraction time and pressure. Can’t return it to Best Buy after 15 days. So I’m stuck trying to figure out how to make an almost $800 machine work! I regret buying this.

Got it back from Breville and it worked for about another 6 months and stopped working again. Now out of warranty, Breville won’t respond so we took it to Best Buy Service and the said they’d only service if we would’ve bought an extended warranty. I just want it fixed but Best Buy won’t do anything and we called around town and everyone says they can’t get parts and can’t service.

If you are new to the espresso scene you will need to practice to make the perfect cup of coffee. Overall I'm satisfied with the machine but I do believe its over priced.

After 2 months - the pressure goes all the way up and no expresso comes out. Customer service is non-existent - web site is done and ‘technical difficulties’ when I call. Funny thing is I have been bragging about this for 2 months and having a party Sunday where apparently nobody will be getting an expresso with this piece of garbage machine. Would have expected the $599 machine to last a little longer that the $40 Capresso machine I used to have.

The gentleman waitied outside in the cold for a while until we came to the door because the item we bought was super expensive and he didnt want to leave it outside.
