Loved it at first but broke in 10 days.

Then water would come untill the button unpressed. We were very dissipointed to return this item because it made very good coffee.

DECEPTIVE BEST BUY CREDIT CARD PRACTICES

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE BEST BUY CARD. Also, you can get this machine for $150 less literally anywhere else, and there's a known issue with the basket pressure because breville likes to cut corners.

But I clean it all the time

I have done all the cleaning that I could, but the light never goes out. I was hoping it would last longer than 1 month. Still cleaning it and after 9 months, the light is still on.

Posted .If the light doesn't go out, it either means that the machine "thinks" the cycle was interrupted, or that the other cycle needs to be done.

Breaks easily

The firt time it stopped working, we followed all instructions and nothing happened but when we left it on its own, it just started working again on its own. The third time it did it, it never worked again.

I'm into this machine for $780 now.

Grinder does not work

The grind size is coarse even when you dial in all the way to fine. The espresso is more like coffee than espresso. I tried with three different coffee beans, still result is the same. I called in Best Buy and realized that the return policy is only 15 days. Very Frustrating. Had option for purchase from Amazon for the same price which had 1 month return policy.

Buy it somewhere else
