If you are looking to get into making espresso, this is the machine for you. Extremely happy I went with this model because of the integrated tamping, this saves you from making a huge mess.

Love the taste, the coffee after grinding portion always comes with a 22 instead 18 but still good, also you can use a smaller filter

The machine works well overall and delivers decent espresso, but the grind size lacks consistency, making it difficult to fine-tune the pressure and extraction. Despite its sleek design and convenience, it feels too expensive for the value you get.

The upgrade on this machine compared to the one I have 15 years ago is really good. The only thing is the grinder gets stuck at times. The automatic grinder feature does not really help, I have to press the grinder button few times to get to the actual amount of ground code then push down the tamp handle. In addition, the automatic button to make voffe has to be press twice to get the best of the ground coffee.

The easiest machine we have used to make a latte or espresso. However, my biggest complain is figuring out how to set the espresso range. We have tried increasing and decreasing the grinding but sometimes it works sometimes we can’t get the right range. For the price, you would want the machine to automatically get the right grinding to get the espresso range and get the best taste out of your coffee.

Easy to use, looks nice, great product, expensive though

Our daily use espresso machine now! I was most concerned about getting the correct grind with this machine but after just a few tries, I was able to get it dialed in properly. So easy to use and long lasting. I have had this going on 2 years and nothing has broken and nothing has gone wrong. 5 stars!

I love this product. I make a cappuccino most every day. Still trying to get everything worked out right. Easy to get your day started!

Seems to have a few glitches, but I’ll look at the instructions again. Im very pleased with the espresso that I’m making.

I am not a big coffee drinker or professional on this. The relative simplicity of this model works for me. I think this is a good machine for beginners like me.

Great machine for the price. Easy to use for new home baristas and has enough options for experienced aficionados to make fancy cappuccino art. Easy to maintain and clean compared to other machine. Pair with the BestBuy warranty in case of any unforeseen issue.

I bought this product almost a year ago now. It’s been absolutely amazing! The espresso tastes amazing! You need to change the filter and descale it every few months but this keeps the product working and it’s worth it.

Takes a little getting used to, but after you get it dialed in it’s amazing.

Really great machine. Love the integrated tamper. Takes the guesswork out of the dosing and the pressure to tamp down the espresso. Once you dial it in (grind and volume) it makes an amazing espresso. Take the time to follow all the instructions. It's totally worth it.
