Lots of fun, but not plug and play

This is by no means a machine you can just hit a few buttons and get a great cappuccino. You need to figure out how to dial in a good espresso shot and then learn how to froth the milk. It definitely takes time and practice, but that is what I was looking for. I would recommend this machine for anyone looking to spend some time learning to make coffee drinks or has some experience already.
