    Love this machine it pulls great shots and is easy to use. It gets 1 star cause I had it for 3 weeks and the steam wand quit working and just blew steam out the drip tray. When you spend so much money on something you don’t want it to break after 20 lattes. I am returning it cause I’m still within the return period.

    upgraded from a Barista express. Love the sleek look of the Pro. Digital controls give more customization. The hot water dispenser moved locations which makes it harder to use taller mugs, although it allows you to pull a shot and add water without moving a mug assuming it fits.
