    Excellent sales tech. Went out of his way to assist us.He would be one reason we'd go back. As for the machine...we love it.. Still in learning curve, but great fun, great coffees. Excellent instruction book. Priced same as Amazon so we didn't have to wait for purchase. Really like shopping at Best Buy. Like to see more prices compared to Amazon
