Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The worst decision I have ever I made I called Beeville to give me an Advice to make the best shot using Peet's beans Because I spent more than 2 months trying and following YouTube to make the best shot ( I only drink pure espresso shot without Adding sugar or Milk) , So the shot should be smooth and balanced between bitterness and sourness And to do that you should know to set the internal grinder and the external grinder with the dose of grind beans and the temperature and how to distribute and prepare the basket ( double dose ) and then you should weigh the beans and put 18 grams in to get 36 Ml coffee in a period between 30-35 seconds To learn all that alone with any YouTube official channel from Beeville, It took with me more than 2 Months and waist a lot lot of beans without getting and satisfied results I called Breville Twice to fix this issue and I suggested to add a simple way to fix it ( on their website there is recipes ( if their expert do it using Starbucks beans and peets Esspreso Forte beans they will fix the issue) 3 months before I bought different brand ( on November 2020) , it was amazing machine) in 3 days and learned everything from one channel on YouTube and I am enjoying the best coffee with the previous machine Now the time due to return Breville pro and I am still suffering I wish Best buy offer me to get 60% of the price and send it back

Don’t hesitate to get a version with the screen to be able to trouble shoot. No 5 stars as frothier doesn’t purge after use like higher end models do . We’ll see how long it lasts.
