Owner of this machine for 1.5 years now & no complaints. Did a lot of research & finalized this purchase not to buy an automatic coffee machine , more so for a manual barista approved coffee machine. The model under this lacks in two things that are essential in pulling a perfect shot of espresso. 1) the steamer has 3 holes , model under this only one hole in its steamer. More steaming power is very necessary. Tho I feel like maybe the included jug could be upgraded. 2) when you press start there is a timer/ countdown. I weigh my shot while timing it. Helps me dial in perfect shot tho you can buy a weight that has timer + scale for a couple hundred bucks. I keep up with the maintenance it prompts me to make. No issues. I make sure milk never gets inside the steamer. No issues. I buy high quality beans from local coffee shop not grocer. Very necessary to buy high quality beans , if you can “single origin” I’m done writing buy it if you want to nerd out. Bye.

Purchased on 11/27/23 and let me tell you! At first I was going to return it because I thought it was faulty. I followed the instructions and it would not let me do the initial flush and it would beep for 2 sec and it would want to start over. I had to wait almost 2 days and retry it and it worked. I read on Reddit that these can have an issue with the initial flush but over all after that it works great.

Great product, I use it daily and video support with the QRF is very helpful.

Great for Barista and give much better control bean and pressure than my old Delonghi Magnifica XS.

Super expresso Machine. Know i can make my pro coffe at home and save money

Nice espresso maker.... But it DOESNT MAKE COFFEE!!!! I purchased this as a present for my brother’s family and to my surprise it DOESNT MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE.... why would anyone want a fancy coffee maker that doesn’t make coffee?

Worth the money! Once you nail the dosing the flavor and aroma that comes out of this machine is to die for!

Great tasting cappuccinos! No longer have to buy $5 ones at the coffee shops...well worth the cost and ultimately will save you mulah.

Excellent machine! Easy to use with the lcd display. I like the machine but BBY offers only 2 year replacement but I would have liked 4 years.

The worst decision I have ever I made I called Beeville to give me an Advice to make the best shot using Peet's beans Because I spent more than 2 months trying and following YouTube to make the best shot ( I only drink pure espresso shot without Adding sugar or Milk) , So the shot should be smooth and balanced between bitterness and sourness And to do that you should know to set the internal grinder and the external grinder with the dose of grind beans and the temperature and how to distribute and prepare the basket ( double dose ) and then you should weigh the beans and put 18 grams in to get 36 Ml coffee in a period between 30-35 seconds To learn all that alone with any YouTube official channel from Beeville, It took with me more than 2 Months and waist a lot lot of beans without getting and satisfied results I called Breville Twice to fix this issue and I suggested to add a simple way to fix it ( on their website there is recipes ( if their expert do it using Starbucks beans and peets Esspreso Forte beans they will fix the issue) 3 months before I bought different brand ( on November 2020) , it was amazing machine) in 3 days and learned everything from one channel on YouTube and I am enjoying the best coffee with the previous machine Now the time due to return Breville pro and I am still suffering I wish Best buy offer me to get 60% of the price and send it back

Its great. We use it everyday. Only complaint would be i wish it would hold more beans.

Classy look. Don’t hesitate to get a version with the screen to be able to trouble shoot. No 5 stars as frothier doesn’t purge after use like higher end models do . We’ll see how long it lasts.

The machine is OK. I was not able to master decaffeinated drink using grinder.
