It’s alright not the best …………… hard to grind and fatty taste

I really don't recommend it. You can't monitor the pressure of it. I'm not professional. But I can have a nice latte art by another machine bought from Amazon, but can't do it from this machine. It's good to use but not great as I expected.

I love this machine because It’s coffee make easy so fast every in the morning.

recently acquired the Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine, and I must say that I am disappointed with its performance, especially considering its high price tag. Despite its sleek appearance and touted features, it essentially does the same thing as my old espresso machine. The espresso shots it produces are on par with what I used to get, offering nothing extraordinary or exceptional in terms of flavor or quality. Additionally, the integrated grinder, while adjustable, fails to deliver consistent results, often resulting in uneven extractions and clumpy coffee pucks. The milk frother, while functional, lacks the finesse and control I expected, making it a rather underwhelming experience. Overall, given its functionality and performance, I find the Breville Barista Pro to be overpriced and lacking in delivering the exceptional coffee experience one would expect at this price point.

Makes good coffee a little complicated on programs not user friendly

The espresso from this machine is not hot even a its hottest setting. I registered my machine with Breville and emailed them my concern and got nowhere. Even the hot water coming out of this machine is at 170F by my thermometer. I suspect their "new" technology called thermocoil or something like that is not a proven technology and yet they are selling these machines. Supposedly it heats up in 3 minutes or so but it is not. There are reviews similar to me on Breville website.

I have never written reviews at all in my life, but when a product has screwed me over this much, I feel like I must explain my frustrations. I have been with Breville for many, many years (10+ years). I have been through 3 of their espresso machines so far but this one has got to be the worst one. It hasn't worked properly since the date of my purchase. It would force me to clean and decalcify every 1-2 weeks, which never occurred on any of the other machines. After some use and being forced to clean and decalcify constantly, which would cost quite a bit with the often “maintenance” that this machine was asking for, I contacted support because it was clogged and wasn't pushing water through any means at all. It wouldn't properly pull shots, it wouldn't normally shoot water out, and it wouldn't even give out any steam either. I shipped this Espresso Machine to Breville’s support because I had a warranty on it, but now I am feeling like they shipped me back a different machine. The one they sent back has many more scratches and residue that was not on my original machine, and a completely different feeling entirely. I know I really can’t prove that this exact machine isn’t mine, but I am more than certain it isn’t. Throughout the whole warranty, there were no inboxes, emails, or paperwork describing their job or what they did, they simply received my machine, and sent me back “the same one.” Even the machine they sent back, it’s still not working at all. It is simply not pushing any espresso through the handle, and I have tested with different beans, different grind sizes, different features, everything. Very-very disappointed with their ability to try to solve this issue, including their incompetence to document any information through the repair process. I would have given it 0 stars if it was possible. This company needs to be better, and people need to know that if this issue happens to them as well, you would be more than disappointed too!

Does not foam well, not very easy to set up the espresso grinding and brewing settings in the beginning, overall not worth the price in my opinion.

I bought mine in March, and the instructions are clear. Unfortunately, it stopped working less than seven months later. It turned on, ran for a few seconds, and then shut off. When I contacted Breville, it took three weeks to hear back from them. I never could get through on the phone. When I got a response, they sent me a link to a YouTube video that was not from their channel and was not the problem I had stated I was having. In the video, the person was taking apart the machine and working on the pump. I'm pretty handy, it looked like nothing I could not handle. But the machine is under warranty. If this is their warranty service, then I shudder to think of what will happen in the future. The warranty is supposed to be for two years, and this was their response. This was unacceptable for a machine with this price tag and quality standard.
