easy to use & easy to learn & try/test new things... AND heats up within seconds (no waiting for each cup) quality product - very happy (they could work on the "first time user" side of things though!)

Great product, looks amazing and makes very good espresso. Takes a bit of time to get the hang of all the features, but once you do the quality is outstanding.

I used to work in a coffee shop, and the quality of the espresso and milk frothing ability with this machine are on par with the $5000 machines I used then. I enjoy the adjustability and hands on experience of it, the grind control settings, tamping said ground coffee to the proper density, foaming the milk as I like it. Making coffee is therapeutic and an artful process.

This machine works great. I use it every day. It took a few tries to get the settings right, but don't have to fuss with it once you get them

Love my Nespresso but wanted a better espresso experience. Once a watched a dozen YouTube videos and started dialing it in, the Pro is fun and makes great espresso. Did a side by side comparison with the wife with identical creamer/milk and she immediately liked the espresso from the Pro. She said her cappuccino was smoother and fresher tasting. Make sure to use consistent beans and the same grams each time. Consistency is key and you’ll appreciate the routine and fun of making great coffee

This espresso machine not only looks good but works well too! I was going back and forth between this appliance and an espresso machine because I already have a pretty good grinder. I do like the grinder built into this unit, i think it works well. I’ve owned this espresso machine for about a month now ans im still learning. I’ll update this review is anything changes.

Love my Barista Pro! Much better performance compared to a Barista express. Asides from basic functions other espresso machines offer, I love the Barista Pro’s grinder and the display is a game changer. This allows to adjust water temperature easily which is important depending beans you brew.

No complaints at all. It's been almost 2 years and it still works perfectly. Never needed to do any extensive cleaning - just whenever the machine says it needs to 'flush'. I also scrub the outside occasionally with a bit of soap b/c it's in the kitchen and oil sometimes sticks to exterior while I cook on my stove top.

Ive been using it everyday! It holds up pretty well!!! Good substitute for a dual boiler, if you're trying one with a grinder
