It was a nice one but had to return. There is a lot of steps to do to use it and was not convenient. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a very nice one if you are looking for quality, but as for ease of using, not for beginners.

It honestly feels like we have a mini coffee shop at home, it’s amazing. It’s very simple to use and they have lots of videos online to help guide you, if needed. It does require regular maintenance and cleanings so be prepared for that.

Great coffee machine, but almost everything need to do buy yourself, that’s why it called barista pro if you want to make nice coffee you need to be pro.

Not difficult to setup at all. The only problem with this machine is that I'm addicted to it. I love it.

Very happy with this espresso machine. It was easy to set up and most of the instructions were very clear. I had to watch some YouTube videos for some milk steaming tips. The grind options and tips on how to fix low volume or bitter tastes worked well. I’m no expert but I’m enjoying espresso drinks every day without the time and expense of running out to the coffee shop.

A bit of a learning curve but great product after learning to use for the way we expect the coffee to taste.

This fully integrated Barista Pro Espresso machine is fantastic. There are complete controls over the coarseness of the grind, the duration of the grind and the length of time to make the shots for custom Espresso the way you like it. We are still experimenting on all of this, but settling on on what we feel are best practices for this machine. At first we had a watery puck, but now the puck is good and working on frothing the milk for our tastes.

Fun coffee machine to learn how ro make a good espresso shot. Makes good coffee when you dial in correctly. Perfect for our small counter space. We were between this vs Bambino plus espresso machine and Breville smart grinder pro. I will say work flow is great however i think a separate and better grinder would have been better. Overall, satisfied with this purchase.

It’s like having a Starbucks at home. You get to choose the strength of your coffee and get creative.. I love the milk frothy and the steam wand makes it happen. I recommend highly for Mother’s Day gift ..

This is my second breville espresso machine. The only reason I purchased this one was because it matches my kitchen better. I never knew how nice it was until it came to cleaning and other functions. This makes the mornings soo much better with how easy it is to use. Definitely recommend!

my first espresso machine and in love with how much I got to learn by manually preparing each step. I get to make the cutest lattes for my friends and guests. The black color accents on the machine are sadly plastic which is odd considering that the regular silver machine has these same areas as metal, but I could be wrong? Regardless, it is an awesome machine that performs well.

I love how quickly I can make a cappuccino. No heat up time required. Delicious espresso and it makes beautiful foam.

Best coffee I have ever had. The learning curve is a little steep to get it dialed in but once you do it's worth it. You are going to waste some beans at first. Quality of machine is great .Would buy again.
