I cannot give five stars to this Microwave because it is NOT a 100% quality kitchen device !! Why? Because, e.g., if you bake a potato in it, substantial moisture escapes through the cracks of the closed door and it accumulates outside in front of the door !!! Very aggravating! The original microwave we had bought was exchanged in the BEST BUY store in Marina, CA, when we brought it back there for this annoying complaint. The store wanted to use the extra warranty we had bought together with the device to exchange the returned original microwave for a new one. We did that, not being aware that by doing so we will lose the extra purchased high cost warranty policy! Now we have this new one which causes exactly the same above mentioned complaint AND we have no more Best Buy warranty! We are extremely unhappy with BEST BUY, the device itself and the entire situation, and we cannot and will not recommend this costly microwave! A response from BEST BUY - and possibly more satisfying action - could be much appreciated!

Good its worth the time and it worked better than I thought it would money well spent

I bought the Breville combi wave 3 in 1 microwave from Best buy three months ago and after 5 enjoyable cooking activities the main part of the Microwave which is the PAN Leg got melted and stacked, and two the pan legs can't stretched out again. I asked the Best buy manager and he said can't help you not happy to return it. I just contact the Breville company still the same thing. it's very disappointing to not used the Microwave. it's like a gadget sitting in the kitchen counter. What a garbage machine it is. so I advised to everyone it's not good.

Love this Breville 3 in 1. Everything from the ease of use handle to the quiet sound is just what I wanted in a microwave. Have not used all of the features yet but will be doing so soon.

Price was good, Very well made, all stainless steel. Great controls and easy to see. Looks great and cooks very well and easy to use.

Love that we can use it as a microwave, as an oven, and an air fryer. Bought the warranty for peace of mind.

Owned for longer than a month. Tested out all the features and the food has been great.

After 7 days I returned! Here's why... Try it yourself maybe my cooking style is not correct n it will work perfectly for you. It is one nice looking appliance, but that is where the pro's stop. Since this is a fairly expensive unit the following list is in perspective of price vs functionality. Since I cook a lot, not saying I am some expert, just know how, I found the unit was restrictive, unless I excluded all 'auto-features'. Now I had paid a high price for a basic microwave which did not seem to be that hot, no matter what the wattage was rated. 1 - Minimum defrost/cook weight 8 oz.. now you have to watch the unit to ensure you don't go to long... wow cost,... not justified 2 - The three-in-one concepts looks n sounds good on paper, but when using the auto-cook features, it used all three to perfectly cook something, sounds cool, but maybe you don't want the microwave to turn on and just want the air-fryer. This means NO metal, like tin-foil can be used since the microwave is part of all cooking processes. 3 - The air fryer also used the microwave as part of its initial process. Guess they were prepping the food. 4 - It is rated at 1100w, well I am unsure where or how that is calculated, but from a results point of view, nah.. I had an old 1000w, which was better. Simple test, how long to heat tea water to activate the tea bag when finished. 5 - Wow it is so cool looking, but so many features were just not flexible, no 'cooking out-of-box' thinking. It was their plan, as in the designers way, or you did not get what you wanted. Truthfully I really did not want to return it as it looks really nice in the kitchen, but at $450 the price I paid, I just could not justify. So I bought a $200 1250w microwave n a $100 air-fryer and still have them a few months later. Cooking is in the flavor generated by the taste buds, oops, wasn't that a different saying.. ;) Something like: beauty is in the eyes of the beholder..

This is a good-looking Convection Microwave, however, it is too complexed to operate, unless you use it daily. Trying to attempt simple process, you have to remember the correct procedures and when you're cooking a meal, it could become a distracter if you don't remember the processing procedures. For our use, a simpler process is required. This was returned to the store.

Love the concept. Airfryer works great. Really like the softclose option. Sometimes the food doesnt heat up evenly. Thats why i am deducting one star.

Absolutely no complaints it has cooked everything I have put in it and seems to do great job doing it a little pricey hopefully last a while to make up for price!

The controls are easy to see and use. I truly love to easy close door. I would give it 5 stars if it came with either a cookbook or suggested recipes! Not really a knock on the unit, just a preference.

Item works great, and is very versatile. Combo cooking with heat and microwaves, air frying, and nice sounds when items are done.

Love the oven. But surprise it doesn’t toast. What the heck. This needs to be corrected. Otherwise it’s nice to look at and we use it as our primary cooker in our catamaran.

I’ve had this unit for just over a month and it died on us over the weekend. For the one month is life out of this $500 dollar purchase I must say it gets a star for being quiet. Now it’s so quiet my food falls asleep and gets even colder in the darkness behind the closed door. Foods that said 2 minutes to microwave generally took 2:15 to complete.

I have only had this for 3 days, but it is working extremely well.

I liked this combination set up at first but then shortly after starting to use the air fry option the crisp plate curled up like a tortilla and now food slides all over the place. I contacted customer service shortly after and they created a claim but I never heard back from them. They sell a new crisp pan for $122 but I shouldn't have to buy a new one.
