The soft close door was my husband’s favorite part. Unfortunately however, the soft close feature wore out in the first several months and now it’s just an annoying door that doesn’t want to latch or open very easily. Also, make sure you keep the inside of your microwave immaculate because if anything at all spatters onto that heating element on top and you turn the convection oven on, you’re going to smoke yourself out.

French fries, chicken tenders, even egg rolls crisp up so nicely. Burned a little bag of popcorn for the first time since popcorn setting is flexible for the small bags. But this convection microwave is definitely a show stopper. Looks great with Kitchenaid appliances installed around same time.

However the air fry feature in my opinion seems to be lacking compared to deep frying. There is choices in audio alerts for sound and volume including mute. The dials are well constructed and the best part it the button that says "a bit more" Defrost and microwave are flawless. Defrost does not cook the edges like all my old ones do.
