I just love my Breville combi wave! Makes me glad my old microwave broke. This machine is so multi-functional, beautiful and quiet. Using the food menu makes it so easy to use, just select and start! I've been using the air fry function a lot! I've used the convection oven feature a couple times and, of course, the microwave. The soft close door is so cool and the oven is so quiet that no one will ever know you're heating up leftovers in the middle of the night. It even makes me more enthusiastic about cooking and trying new things.

The Breville Combi Wave is a pretty good device, but the instruction manual is somewhat lacking. Pages 2-12 of the instruction manual consists of a confusing array of dire warnings. I’m naturally a cautious person, and this caused me a fair amount of worry. The manual also uses the term “microwave” interchangeably to describe both the cooking mode and the machine itself. It’s never entirely clear which one they’re referring to. Given the nature of the device (both a microwave AND an oven), I’d hoped for clear cut direction on when you can and can’t use metal inside of it. Unfortunately, the manual isn’t very clear on that at all. The only thing I can safely say is that you can apparently use the crisper pan in the modes that use both the microwave and the convection oven (surprising given its metal legs and metal [ceramic?] surface). The manual also fails to address the orange feet on the trivet. It’s not clear if these are heat safe and intended to remain on the trivet or if they were just included for protection during shipping. I'm hesitant to use this in oven mode until I get some clarification on that. The device itself appears to work very well. I used it to air fry some french fries (made from actual potatoes), microwave vegetables, and to make breakfast sandwiches; and it worked without any issues whatsoever. I was going to bake a cake in it, but given the lack of direction regarding the feet on the trivet and whether metal bakeware is safe to use in it (I’m assuming that it probably is, but it’s not at all clear from the manual), I’m waiting for further clarification from Best Buy / Breville before I take that risk. Speaking of risks, this device does have a child lock to prevent children and the elderly from inadvertently causing damage with it. This is probably a good thing given the potential for damage this device presents. I’d cautiously recommend this device if you’re fairly tech savvy and cautious in the kitchen, but Breville desperately needs to revise this manual. It’s really quite bad. If the manual were better, I would probably be very impressed with this device. As it is, I would quite strongly NOT recommend this device for the elderly or anyone who isn’t good with technology.

The Breville Combination microwave would be a great appliance for small kitchens or for a single person without a stove. This appliance literally can do so much more than microwave - if you have a stove you definitely won't be using it as much. It is a microwave, an oven and an air fryer/grill that can combine the cooking functions. The first time I used it - I was able to cook two frozen pork chops from a frozen state in less than 30 minutes. The unit itself is nice looking and my one of my favorite features is the door that closes so quietly. It comes with a pan that should be used to help "crisp" or grill items. It has some metal legs which is a little concerning to use the very first time. We don't put metal in a microwave right? You should only it when using the convection or grill methods of cooking. The instruction manual is a little confusing about this and it definitely was nerve wracking using it the first time. But, it does work wonders when used properly. The microwave is a little smaller on the inside for the price - but it really does do a lot and would be great for a college student or someone living in a studio apartment.

My induction stove is failing, though it isn't that old. That's what made me spring for a substantially more expensive microwave combo convection oven and air fryer. I absolutely love it. Soft close doors, quiet operation and you can even silence the beep. I used the air fryer a few times now and love how it crisped the chicken. You can adjust the minutes and seconds to be exactly what is wanted. The fact that you can pop something frozen in there and have it come out cooked is very cool. It's made by a company that also makes good quality coffee machines, which prompted me to give it a try. Just think; one appliance on your counter which does so many things. No need to store others.

Great little microwave, perfect size for a small family. No issues with it yet, I does everything it’s suppose to do.

Product works as advertised. Having all three types of cooking (microwave, airfryer, convection oven) in one machine is a space saver. Overall unit is well designed and attractive, and sits great on our counter. Easy to use. Great for preparing meals for one person - things like making bacon are now a breeze. Highly recommend this unit!

The Element iQ® system has smart algorithms and precise temperature control for various types of cooking. I really liked the soft close door option which is 80% quieter than my previous microwave. We have tried various recipes and all came out really good. We have been using this microwave every day as it combines grill, oven and microwave. It came with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for parts and labor.

Great investment! Super quiet, 3 in one. The soft close door is almost the best feature if you have little ones. Our 3 yr old can easily heat something since it’s easily programmed, and has a 30 second setting (with supervision of course!). The convention oven is so convenient. Using the pan is super easy, most negative reviews I saw, looked like user error, I’ve had no issues at all. Food is perfect. Juicy. And no more kitchen clutter.

If only Breville did major appliances... What a fabulous oven of convection, air fryer and microwave features. So well thought out and designed that I would have to say that even my high-end appliances (small and large) that include both Wolf and Bosch just can't get close to Breville overall quality. While I so wish it wasn't Made In China (it is), the fit, finish and build quality are exceptional. Breville is the BMW of small appliances in performance, controls and ease of use. Buttons, controls and read-outs excel and are so easy to use (nice large displays and dials). I'm not sure which cooking mode I prefer because they all handle food groups so differently. I had a stand-alone air-fryer and this Breville takes air-frying to an almost oil-like result. It's hard to tell deep frying from air-frying (they supply a special dish (included) that is best for air-frying results. The microwave is rocket-fast and far superior to my over-the-range Bosch 800-Series microwave. Hotter, faster and so much quieter. The Breville has to be the most quiet microwave ever produced. It's also very quick cooking with its high wattage. I find myself not using the convection aspect too often but I that's just the way I cook. The front is stainless steel but no mark or smudge proof. Use the very well designed handle only. So worth mention is the soft-close door/handle design. It may not seem like a essential feature but it is so quiet and comfortable to use that you'll wish all designs were so user-friendly. My first Breville product ever. I am so impressed with Breville quality. A solid and well-deserved 5-STARS.

I had completed a great deal of research before deciding upon the Breville 3-in-1 & what can I say…a perfect fit for what I need. Sleek & compact design, easy-to-use & easy-to-navigate, quiet & functional in so many different capacities. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Love the product, really dislike the instruction book it came with. Went online to figure out some things. Need to really improve on printed material sent with Combi Wave 3 in 1. The only thing it doesn't do is make toast, but I have been told I can make it with the air fryer. Will try that next. Otherwise, great product - Breville always comes through with the best quality products - this is my third and will definitely purchase from Breville again.

I love my Breville combi oven. All the functions work amazingly well. It's got the best microwave I've ever used, the air fryer is awesome also. It is well made and doesn't take up to much space. Looks great too. I highly recommend.

I love love love this oven! It’s Airfryer preheat is amazing and expedited preheating the special fryer pan with microwave once preheated (3 minutes) Air fries the food without microwave making the best tasting fried food I ever had!. The size of the oven is perfect! Yesterday we baked cinnamon buns using the trivet and a 9 inch round cake pan. The results were perfect!! I highly recommend this oven!

We were looking for a microwave but our house countertop space are limited. We have a lot of equipments for cooking. When we saw this and checked out what we can do, we decided to purchased. Best purchase ever!!!! We been using it for 1 month and we love it!!! Actually, we packed up the air fryer and the oven and put it away. We used every day. Easy to use, compact and soundless. Help us with new recipes. I would recommend this to anyone.

Needing to replace our oven over the stove, we decided to convert to a cooktop hood and go countertop microwave for the first time in decades. After getting used to going lower (and a little smaller) than what we were accustomed to for quick heating and food prep, we have found this to be an amazing addition to our kitchen. From the simple design to hidden controls behind the soft close door, our breakfast routine has now evolved. The air fryer feature has been a welcome addition for preparing egg bites just as if we were picking them up from Starbucks and everything else seem to cook/warm much more evenly. Highly recommend.

I have had the Breville for about two weeks now. I have to admit that I have only used the microwave feature so far. Very easy to use and I do believe we will try the combination cook and air fryer come winter. Beautiful to look at as well. The argument can go on whether or not this is worth twice the price of a regular countertop microwave, but I have no regrets. Fast shipping as well.

This is, by far, hands down, the best microwave oven, the best convection oven, the first air fryer, the first combi cook, I have ever had! The only bad reviews I saw for this unit is people whining about there not being a conversion chart. You really don't need one. Use some common sense, follow the same directions on the package as you would for any other microwave, convection or other type units. Trial and error, and you'll figure things out. So far, I have not burned or undercooked anything. And, by the way, my homemade bread bakes nicely in this thing as well (I use a stoneware bread pan with the oven setting). HIGHLY recommend this unit! And kudos to Best Buy too. My first order arrived damaged, complements of the delivery company. Best Buy promptly replaced it. They were fast and very efficient at getting this issue taken care of. Thank you, Breville! Thank you Best Buy!

Easy to use, perfect size, love all the options between cooking methods. Heats quickly and thoroughly every time. Only annoying part i wish that could be made optional is the safety lock button. I get the point, but with us using it mainly for microwave purposes i wish there was an option to not have it auto lock everytime. It takes a bit to get used to it and not get annoyed. Other than that, would be 5 stars for me!

This oven is the BEST! I love that it is microwave, air fryer and broiler oven all in same package. It is sturdy and high quality. It has a beautiful professional kitchen stainless steel casing, with soft close feature, very upscale look. Easy to use and clean. Love this purchase!
