Not in the least. A $30 microwave could out perform this Breville. It turns EVERYTHING to leather and cold on in the middle. Oven or Air fry or combi... doesn't matter. And there is NO POTATO function for a baked potato! Seriously? My GE one had a sensor for baked potatoes and would do it automatically. This thing? A large potato in there on MICROWAVE on high for 20 mins and hard as a rock inside. The "oven" is a joke. It has a pre program for a frozen 8 oz chicken breast and it was just as pink as could be. Left me standing at the stupid machine guessing intervals and of course, it was turning leather on the edge and never cooked inside. Terrible. WAste of money.

It's a very expensive microwave, and does everything right, though for a 1200 watt oven it's not that much faster than our old 700 watt device. Nothing magical. Just a microwave that doesn't screw up in many places.
