    Purchased 2yrs 10 months ago and its already broken and needs repairs. It now blows the home breaker immediatly after turning on microwave to cook. I understand the capacitor needs replacement for somewhere around $200. The soft close stopped working before 1 year. The oven and air fey features are not that good. Not recommended for the 3 year expected lifespan.

    Air fryer did not work well, & the microwave broke after a couple years. So disappointing for this brand

    Worst Appliance Ever

    Terrible!!! Heat’s unevenly, soft close broke after 1 year, started short circuiting and tripping kitchen grid when you press start requiring multi trips to basement fuse box. This went on for a year before it finally died! Save your $$ and buy something else.

    Worked great for 2 years. Now it wont do anything. The display lights up but none of the buttons are working adn it wont turn on. For 500 dollars it should last longer than 2 years.

    Waste of money.

    Heating element stopped working. So no more air fry and no more baking. Now I have a $500 microwave. Dumb.
