Worth every Penny
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although expensive, this was worth every penny. The ability to quickly adjust the time and the power level, the quietness of the microwave and the quickness it heats up the food are three of its best qualities. The soft close door is one of my favorites though!

Less than 3 years and replacement time already.

Pretty good example of a Jack of all trades, master of none. Soft close feature quit working after about a year, not a dealbreaker alone but a sign of what to come. Now 2 years, 10 months from purchase the microwave trips the home circuit breaker when attemping to use normal microwave feature. I tried another 20a kitchen outlet, just in case, and it tripped the breaker again. Now I would need to take it to a repair shop for $100 inspection to find out how much it will cost to repair this underwhelming "appliance" . I may just trash it and find something else.

Turntable stop working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this exactly 2 years and 5 months ago and of course the turntable stop working after my 24 month Best Buy protection ended so now I’m stuck with a microwave/oven. That doesn’t spin.
