Very easy to use work great best items I have bought

Researched all double walled thermal kettles before I purchased this one. Clearly marked water levels and "hold temperature" are nice features not offered in other models. I use it every morning to make coffee with a French press. My wife uses it to make green tea. Expensive, but so far, I'm very pleased.

Best electric kettle! When it comes to kettles this is the one you want. It is a high advanced one. When I prepare my tea I sometimes forget to poor myself tea, but it stay’s pretty hot for a good hour. Highly recommend!

Expensive but it is beautiful and is very convenient to have. Great for tea drinkers.

It heats up ans holds the heat incase i dont get to it rigth away i like that the most.

Not all kettles are made alike. Attention to detail is phenomenal. Wish the outside was a little insulated when water is hot warm to the touch outside, a little too warm. But still a great kettle.

I have only had it for a few weeks, but I absolutely love it. Yes you can hear the water boil at almost the end. It is not a loud noise. It also chimes when it is done. I do empty it and let it air dry with the lid open after daily use.

All my electric kettles has been breville. Last 2-3 years may. I used daily for several times- tea, coffee and just to boil water. quick and easy. Metal finish is easy to clean.

Heats up fast. Easy to fill up, love the wide opening. Easy to read measurements. Well balanced for pouring.

My wife uses it more than I do, but she hasn't complained about it.

It keeps the tea warm and works very efficiently. No mess either

I use this everyday to make morning tea for the family. It does beep frequently (putting the pot on, taking the pot off, when it is finished) and that can get annoying. But the pot works as intended.

Dosent heat the water at a very high temp needed for tea

Added this to my already existing breville collection of espresso machine. Works perfectly and like the heat settings, I don’t have to get my water boiling all the time!

Will not review individual items. Mass purchase due to lightning damage. Brandon in store was the best. Patient and supportive with good suggestions. Did not try to upsell due to nature of interaction.
