This Breville Toaster oven is excellent. It lives up to its claims. We use it more than our regular oven. It preheats faster and produces less residual heat. The Breville+ app has easy to follow recipes and a lot of meal & dessert ideas.

Owned for about 3 weeks now. Cooks great and quickly. Takes awhile to get used to the faster and differing cooking times compared to a regular gas oven, but absolutely worth it.

Terrible product and abusive customer service. Terrible experience. Defective product and abusive customer service. They started a warranty exchange and then simply stopped responding. I asked them to confirm that the replacement would be new and the same model, but they never replied. Weeks later, they answered ambiguously, demanding money before sending it, even though the damage was caused by them. To make things worse, the chat channel —which used to work— became unavailable in my account, as if it had been blocked. Total lack of respect for the customer and complete evasion of responsibility by Breville USA.

This is the first time I have ever done a product review but wanted to share my experience of using this product. I purchased the Breville BOV950BST Joule Smart Countertop Oven Air Fryer Pro, Black Stainless Steel and have been so amazed with all of the features this oven offers. The oven is amazingly quick, convenient, and easy to use. The oven heats up faster and actually cooks foods faster than my regular oven which I hardly use any more. I also have a little secret to share that I discovered when using this oven. I decided to try cooking using Teflon grilling sheets in the oven and found that this is the perfect match for making perfect meals with this oven. Nothing sticks and clean-up is a cinch. I hardly ever wanted to use my regular oven because of it taking so long to heat up and then having to clean. Now I use the Breville oven almost every day. The ability to control the oven and prepare recipes via the phone app or in my case via the Breville app on my iPad makes cooking so easy and much more enjoyable. Once the oven is started whether using the app or manually on the oven, a timer notification will pop up on your smart device showing you how much cooking time is remaining. The Smart Oven is so accurate that you don’t have to worry about checking on what your cooking every few minutes. I can go about doing other things and monitor cooking time on my iPhone. Another feature that I like a lot is being able to create my own recipes for frozen foods that I frequently purchase. All I have to do in the app is select to create a new recipe and then enter the cooking instructions from the frozen food package such as cooking time and temperature and then save the recipe with the name of the frozen food item. Then whenever I cook this item all I have to do is open the app and click on the name of the saved recipe and click start. No more having to read cooking instructions every time I cook any of my frozen food items. The only thing I kind of dislike about the oven is that when you click on START in the app you then have to manually press the button on the oven for it to begin cooking. I’m guessing this is a safety feature that was designed to prevent the oven from being inadvertently started remotely without someone being physically present at the location where the oven is being used. Otherwise, this Breville Smart Oven has opened my eyes to whole new cooking experience that I never knew existed before. It truly is a magnificent product that will change the way you think of cooking.

Purchased the first Breville Counter Top Convection Oven in 2018, which has been the best experience and led to my purchase of the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro last month. Breville makes quality products and this version is no exception! Have started trying out some of the functions that are available on this model vs the old Breville (which I gave to my brother who is now loving it at his home after all his visits to me) If you are using the Pizza function on this Joule, please note it really gets hot and you need to use the lowest recommended time while baking. My first 12" pizza was basically charred when I used the mid point of the recommended time on the box of pizza, so depending on your brand and style of pizza, you may wish to start the time at one or two minutes below recommendation by pizza brand and then add time if necessary. This is an absolute must have in a single person household. It is great for small quantities of food, heats and cools down fast and doesn't heat the entire kitchen like a my other ovens (important in Florida). Very easy to clean. The accessories are good and since it's large enough, you can use comparable pans beyond what Breville provides. Haven't tried the air fryer basket, that is next along with the Joule App. Highly recommend this oven and this brand.

This oven completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality is outstanding — it feels solid, premium, and looks beautiful on the countertop. The Joule technology truly makes a difference: temperature control is incredibly precise, and everything cooks evenly, from pizza to fish and vegetables. I love how quickly it preheats and how versatile it is. I use it as an oven, air fryer, and toaster, and it performs flawlessly in every mode. Pizza comes out with great texture, chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and even reheating leftovers gives better results than a traditional microwave. It’s also very intuitive to use, and the app makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for professional-level performance at home, this is absolutely worth the investment. It heats up fast, holds temperature perfectly, and makes every meal feel restaurant-quality with almost zero effort. The app is super intuitive, and the visual doneness guides take all the guesswork out of cooking. What I love most is how consistent and reliable it is as everything from steaks to chicken to salmon comes out perfect every single time. The Breville Joule has completely changed how I cook, and I honestly love it. Highly recommend!

Pretty impressive little thing, we use this for everything that fits. Pizzas are cooked nicely, even cooked steaks in it to try it out and they came out great. The air fryer mode could be better but this thing does everything

Great toaster +. Replaced an old model with this one and debated about which model to get. Decided to splurge and go with this one because I could fit it on the countertop. Cooking is very even and it has lots of great functionality.

We are enjoying it but need to do more checking of recipes and cooking, etc. It was easy to install the app and are in the process of learning how to use the Joule with all its choices. So glad it has air fry because we didn’t have that with the previous Breville and enjoy the larger size to accommodate larger cookie sheets and casserole dishes.

Wow! After owning another air fryer, this one is much superior, due to the fact that this one is multi-purpose. This one will cook for you. The autopilot feature is a game change. Much easier to clean than the previous one (another brand) that we owned. Fits nicely in our kitchen.

I love the Breville Oven. In fact, I rarely use my larger stove (unless I'm doing a lot of cooking- like for the impending Holidays). I can roast a whole chicken. Make perfect cookies and lemon and pumpkin bread, for example. Plus, the air fryer option is an added bonus. Capacity is great. Timers are great. Cooking options are great. My only criticism is: I wish Breville would provide instructions on how to clean the oven in the best manner. However, I have used the internet to find the correct manner to clean the oven. I recommend cleaning the oven daily (once the oven has cooled) in order to keep it looking brand new.
