My Breville oven came in a box that had been repackaged. When I picked up the box to bring it in the house. The box ripped in my hands. When I use the oven, it takes 2 hours to cook basic foods that should take a least 30 mins to an hour to cook. This is my third Breville oven. I know how it should perform. This one is defective. It does not act on the level as the others Breville ovens. I called your customer service department; the lovely lady wanted to credit my charge card. Her manager told her not to, so I am stuck with a defective oven. I want a replacement. I feel I have been mistreated. I should not have been sold a defective oven.

Great toaster oven/air fryer, makes the best French fries. It does take a bit longer to air fry foods than the suggested packaging, but just by a couple of minutes, I’m guessing because of the amount of space inside it? it’s still a solid purchase! Looked at the bigger of these two and ended up just getting the smaller one simply due to counter space. We’re a family of two and it has served us well!

Easy to use. Heats evenly. Have made a variety of foods. Very satisfied with the way. It is working would recommend.

As far as toaster ovens go, it works well with two exceptions: Both the pizza and cookie settings are gimmicks. Just use the bake function and follow the recipe directions. Also, it has already started to squeak when opening the door. As it's two months old, that doesn't inspire confidence. On the plus side, air fry works pretty well. Speaking of that, some other reviews says it makes a mess. The manual addresses that by instructing to use the pan instead of the basket for certain foods.

The first use of this product was a little scary! I didn’t know what to expect but it was a godsend. It comes with a few different trays for your needs. It preheats within minutes and can fit virtually anything that can feed up to 4. It’s worth the price and I don’t think I’ve been any happier!

I heard this one was on the best air fryers. I purchased as a bridal shower gift. I returned it because the bride received another.

Really great buy. Does everything I expect it to and looks great on the counter.

Quality product. The only problem is that when you open the oven door the rack slides forward (which is a good thing) but when you close the door the rack has to be manually pushed back into the unit. It really should retract automatically.

The air fryer setting made a really good tasting batch of potato fries! I'm satisfied.
