    I use my new Breville oven for everything. I never realized how convenient this would be. It's great in the summer when you don't want to heat up your oven, the kitchen stays much cooler. This oven heats up quickly. Everything I have cooked in it comes out perfect. I would recommend this to everyone.

    This model takes a long time to heat up to 400 degrees. Once the desired temperature is attained, the oven timer starts counting down, rather than just beeping to confirm the designated temperature was reached. Consequently, the timer has to be reset, to the desired amount of cooking time, before inserting the food.

    So far so good. I’ve use this to toast, bake, roast, and warm and it has handled each item as expected. Yes, it does have the high-pitched tone others have mentioned when it’s idle. Sometimes you can ignore it, but I’ve gotten in the habit of unplugging the oven when not in use to avoid it. But overall I’m happy with my purchase.
