It has great features and the ones we tried worked perfectly. Unfortunately, we only got to use it a handful of times before it started throwing an E05 error - which means there's an issue with temperature control, posing a fire risk. I opened a support ticket with Breville. The first interaction with support was prompt and friendly. I just replied with the required info, so it's a little early to assess the support experience. I'll update with the resolution when we're through the support process.

The seal was warped and had to fix it myself. No one would answer my questions. It still doesn’t seal shut.

The glass on the door literally SHATTERED all over the kitchen counter, floor & the food inside. We were horrified! I would have returned it to the store, but it was past the time. I bought this for my mother. The first real time she used it, the thing broke. I called Breville. They sent us a replacement after we packed up the broken one and shipped it back to them. The whole process was about 3 weeks. We like the oven’s functionality, but the glass might break again at any time.

I like the control of heating by type, time and temperature

Expensive not worth it really not worth it. I don’t know if it’s just mine, but I’m returning to the manufacture really not the hype..

Worked great for the 6 weeks we've had it and we loved it but last night while using it to make a pizza, my husband heard odd noises coming from it and saw the LCD breaking and now it no longer functions. So very disappointing.

I wish I had known before purchasing, there is a known issue where the glass on the door overheats and breaks. Luckily mine broke anyways, but worse than that I purchased it a little over a month ago and the return was refused. I have to contact the manufacturer.

Excellent air fryer, and extra oven. I use this as both. Little slow for toast, but everything else is amazing. The outside does gett very hot. So dont set anything on top of it.

Bad product from Best Buy and Breville!! I bought it from Best Buy on 12/21/2024 and the heating element broke on 1/30/2025.

Does not toast well. On high setting only the back crust got toasted to a medium toast. Trying to contact Breville about problem but so far no response.

I use this every day, it works great as a toaster and an air fryer. I even roasted a 14 pound turkey in it and it was the best turkey I ever had.

Oven smoke a lot when you using to cook any ripe of meat

Works extremely well. Pros: Heats up fast Large enough to fit a pizza in it Lots of settings for diffent types of food (proofing for dough is very helpful) Cons: None other than a large footprint.

We were very excited for our new purchased, when we visited Best Buy @ Kennesaw sales person showed us a pretty neat oven with a bamboo cutting board included, oven was not in stock but regardless sales person helped us ordering it online. The delivery took one day more than it was expected, today we just received the item super well packed, however when we took it out, the right side was bended/dented and we found that the unit did not came with the bamboo cutting board as we were told was going to be included it is sold separately. Sadly we have to go through all the painful process of repacking it back and request a refund. Read other reviews on Amazon and apparently this is very common that item is delivered with bended/dented sides.

These are really nice. Bought this one to replace a 6-year-old one. Very versatile and consumes noticeably less energy than our full-size oven. As others have noted, one does need to be careful with the door (don't let it slam down). But that's easy to do.

The box was completely smashed when it was delivered to my house. They even positioned the box so you wouldn't see it until you picked it up. Very disappointed.

omg I've had it 8 years already! I LOVE IT! Really - I LOVE it! This is definitely one of the best "expensive" purchases I made and it was worth every single penny! I have used this oven practically every single day. Literally - I've probably NOT used it 6 times since I've owned it. I had completely stopped cooking - it is just me and well, the stovetop and oven - ugh. I've used it to make toast practically every day, homemade pizzas, grill veggie burgers, bake fries, reheat; warm etc etc etc. The only thing it doesn't do is Air Fry and that is why I'm buying a new one. I've never had any problem with this product. I've purchased 3 pizza pans since I've owned it. It's okay with respect to cleaning - I have arthritic fingers so scrubbing the rack can be difficult. Otherwise, zero complaints. I can hardly wait to get my new one!
